Everything was amazing here. Rooms are clean, views are gorgeous. Amazing breakfasts, one of the best breakfasts I had in hotel. Staff is good and friendly, especially I have to mention the admin - Kseniya, she is very friendly, professional and empathetic! I am very grateful. Recommend this place!
One thing I can mention here is that hotel located in a beautiful place in forest, which is great but as such it’s a but far from Dilijan main city itself so if you’re not by car, it’s a bit difficult to find a taxi, when you order in yandex, not many drivers want to drive there. So wait time can be longer because of that. Just keep that in mind. But if you’re by car then this place is perfect for your Dilijan stay.

Unfulfilled Amenities & Denied Refund: The hotel refused to provide the breakfast included in our confirmed booking, citing a platform pricing error. Worse, they refused to refund the breakfast portion of the fee directly, forcing us to escalate the dispute through customer support afterward.
* No Backup Power or Water: Area power went out for ~1.5 hours in the evening. With no backup generator, the entire hotel—including corridors—was in complete darkness. Because the water supply relies on electric pumps, running water and toilets were completely non-functional during the outage.
