מיקום טוב. מתחם נחמד, עם שתי בריכות. מרחק קצר מאמפי קיסריה.

Cons:

מחיר יקר מאוד ללא הצדקה. המקום לא מתוחזק כראוי. נורות שרופות, מצעים, שמיכות ומגבות עם כתמים. לא היה ציוד בסיסי כמו סבון, מגבת ידיים וספוג לכלים. הדירה הריחה מעשן סיגריות, לא משנה כמה אווררנו. הרצפה היתה מטונפת מתחת למיטות (גילינו במקרה, כשמשהו נפל) ועל המסגרת של אחת המיטות היו כתמים מגעילים שנראו כמו נזלת. בבריכה גילינו שהיינו אמורים לקבל כרטיס אורח כדי להכנס..אפשרו לנו להכנס בכל זאת, אבל לא היתה לנו גישה למתקנים אחרים מלבד הבריכה. בתיאור הדירה מופיע גם בקבוק יין / שמפניה. לא היה... אבל זה באמת הדבר האחרון שעניין אותנו. שילמנו כמו למלון בוטיק בתל אביב וקיבלנו דירת מעונות לא מתוחזקת

Pros:

The apartment is in an excellent location, exactly as described. Unfortunately, upon entering, the apartment was not 100% clean, which significantly impacted my experience. Additionally, there were no towels at all! This meant that, even though I arrived at the check-in time of 14:00, I only received towels three hours later, and that was only after being promised they would be ready by 16:00. For a one-day stay, this is simply unacceptable. Ultimately, I packed my things and returned home.

I should note that the lady who assisted me was very pleasant and genuinely seemed eager to help. The apartment itself is indeed beautiful and situated in an excellent area within the complex. As I told the lady, I understand that such things can happen—it’s not a disaster. However, for a one-day reservation, one would expect to receive the apartment in perfect condition, fully ready. So, while the place itself is not disappointing, the experience was, for me, a disappointing one.
