No Duvet, no proper heater at night the rest is good.
Pros:

Easy to check in and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

In winter the heater was off at night and there is no duvet in the rooms. I was on the 3rd floor and the shower pressure is extremely slow.

The location was good the room was nice and clean the staff were very friendly and approachable.

Cons:

I dont think it was worth the amount I paid due to the fact the room door had a massive gap at the bottom, and didnt fit the frame properly that is my only complaint.

Worst hotel I've stopped in!!

Unfortunately nothing had a real bad experience with this hotel

Where do I start
*Room smelt of cigarettes
*Furniture was very dated
*No towels in room
*Lights wouldnt work & kept switching off
*Room wasnt cleaned properly dust everywhere
*Bed sheet was thin
*Homeless guy was sitting by our window that we had to draw our curtains to our already dark room
*Orderd food to come to the hotel,which I informed the receptionist to alert me once the food is here which they never,so didn't receive my food order
Me and my partner checked out early tdue to all these poor conditions.and had to stay somewhere else

Hotel confortable a les afores de Londres
Pros:

Una casa confortable, en un barri molt tranquil. A deu minuts caminant del tren que et porta a Grove Park i des d'aquí a London Bridge.
Possibilitat d'esmorzar.

Cons:

L'únic, els matalassos. Eren de molles. Estem acostumats a llits més durs
