Pros:

The stay was good, Veg Breakfast but served nicely.

Cons:

Nothing is there to say as everything was there for a short stay.

Estaba cerca de la estación de tren
El desayuno es tipo buffet

Cons:

-El baño olía a baño público y no estaba limpio.
-El primer día que desayuno vimos una rata cerca de la comida, teniendo en cuenta que tienen comida sin tapar y la planta donde se come/desayuna es una 4ta planta, lo que nos hace pensar que vivía allí.
- Las sábanas estaban con manchas y no sabemos si estaban realmente limpias y las almohadas estaban para lavar o bien cambiarlas por unas nuevas.
- Llaman al teléfono constantemente para preguntar si necesitas algo, hasta cierto punto lo entiendo, pero no es cómodo, esto debería de solicitarlo el huésped o al menos avisar previamente de esta llamadas. Ya que, nuestra primera llamada nos despertaron para preguntarnos a qué hora íbamos a desayunar. Cuando el desayuno se sirve de 08:00 a 10:30. No fue para nada cómodo.

The bedding , condition of bedding, cleanliness, not good. Dustbin left outside was not cleared until next day upon request

Very good value
Pros:

Good value hotel , smiling friendly staff. Bed was super comfortable and excellent wifi signal . Located about 12 minute walk from railway station. Plus 3 minutes walk from booze shop .
The historical are is only 150-200 rupee , tut tut ride

Cons:

People had a habit of shouting along the corridor as if completely acceptable behaviour. Location is very safe but area is rather scruffy .

L’emplacement près des gares ferroviaires, la qualité de service, la tranquillité. J’ai pu dormir sans être réveillé par le bruit.

Cons:

La literie n’était pas très bonne, il y avait un petit déjeuner, mais sans choix du menu.

Pros:

Professional service, location, cleanliness, staff behavior.

Cons:

No self owned restaurant. No choice of hard mattress ie, mattresses are too soft for orthopaedic patients. Pure vegetarian environment.

One of the best place to stay at a convinent location. Its hardly 400 mtrs from Lucknow Charbagh station and the team is excellent and always available for the best effort from there side

Great value for money
Pros:

The hotel is simple, but it's comfortable and silent even if it's located in a busy area. The location is great, and you can reach the metro station by walking around 10 minutes (other options for transportation are also available nearby). Finally, the food is just amazing, and the staff is polite and very helpful.

A nice hotel with good service
Pros:

Visited Lucknow after a long time and it was plasent Stay at the Hotel. They took care of my bookings and thd Hotel is located at a very convenient location. The breakfast was better than my expectation.

Cons:

I found that the tea pot was not clean enough from inside which I mentioned to the staff and they assured the correction. Also I didnt like the Towel quality, could have been better.
