Pros:

The rooms in their building 2 really has a great view of the mountains especially the ones in the second floor. They offer tour or walk to the river.

Cons:

Be aware that the deluxe rooms (rooms in building 2) are around 500 meters away from the main building (main compound). Their restaurant (kitchen) is in the main building so you would need to walk to have dinner or lunch. We did not see any store nearby so be ready to have your essentials with you.

Встретила нас администратор Айна очень приветливая, компетентный сотрудник!!! Персонал отзывчивый приветливый такие прекрасные замечательные люди там работают это очень приятно! My Pik Talgar Eco Village 3 nights stay.
Pros:

The location and the staff. Superb.

Cons:

The facilities need improvements, Install bidet in the toilet, big restaurant with international menu and improve the pool like provide running fresh water mountain with temperature control & no chlorine.

Provide a convenient store in the Eco Village.

Beautiful mountain stay with kind staff and great breakfast, despite a slightly confusing start.
Pros:

Beautiful location with stunning mountain views, lovely weather, and a peaceful natural setting. The staff were warm and kind, breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very nice.

Cons:

Check-in was a bit confusing at first because of the language barrier, and it would have been helpful if the listing had clearly mentioned that some chalets are a walk away from the kitchen and main area. The property also looked slightly different from the photos.

Relax en las montañas
Pros:

Vistas impresionantes, alojamiento espacioso y limpio, staff super simpático, desayuno rico. Nos llevaron por la mañana a la granja para ver a los animales e incluso nos pusieron una cama supletoria para el niño que no nos cobraron. Una atención excelente.

Cons:

La carretera para llegar es algo mala, pero se puede hacer perfectamente con un coche normal y la parte mala es corta, menos de 10 mins.

A magical escape in nature with breathtaking views, warm hospitality, and unforgettable moments.
Pros:

It was a truly unique experience from start to finish. The views are absolutely breathtaking — waking up to mountains and lush greenery right outside our room felt like something out of a fairytale. Breakfast was served in our room, and we enjoyed it on the terrace while taking in the dreamy scenery, which made it even more special.

The service was impeccable. Every request was answered immediately, and everything felt very personalized. The team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A special mention to Danil, the manager, who paid attention to every detail and made us feel genuinely at home. He even took us on a beautiful hike to the river, which was one of the highlights of our stay.

The room was perfect — cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The whole place offers a rustic, village-style experience while still being very comfortable. It’s the perfect nature getaway where simple things are done exceptionally well.

The sauna was also a great addition and, once again, everything was carefully looked after.

We absolutely loved our stay — it was hard to leave. I would 100% recommend this place and would definitely come back again.

One of the best hotels to visit in Kazakhstan
Pros:

Great place to relax have fun if you have your friends discovering the mountains if you’re alone perfect food, perfect stuff service 100% better interest in discussions with Daniel 🇷🇺 as he gives you the details about the idea of the village and the creative ideas that he is providing to the hotel. It’s amazing.
