Pros:

Proximity to the beach. Shower outside the facility. Close to bus stop and konbini as well.
Had everything in the room we needed including utensils, stove, cloth stand, balcony and netted window Doors, ac etc.

Cons:

Had to put pillow covers and futon and quilt covers ourselves. Though they were fresh and clean.

We have a good stay and the staff is friendly.

次回もぜひ利用したいです！毎年の恒例にしたいと思いました
Pros:

海まで徒歩5分という近さ！
オーナーがとてもいい人！
部屋からの眺めもGOODでした！

Cons:

近くに食事できるところがありませんでしたが、下田駅までバスで15分くらいなので、夕方早めに海を上がれば問題なしです。
あと、宿の方でバーベキューのご用意もあるようなので、お願いするのもいいかもしれません。

Good.
Pros:

Location was great, near to Shirahama beach.
Room size is ok, can fit 4 futon for 4 persons.

Cons:

In the evening there are nothing around the area.
Public transportation is lacking in the area.
The room is good, but the room was being cleaned from early morning (7AM) causing us to wake up early everyday.

海水浴後に、くつろげる最高の場所でした！
Pros:

入り口付近にシャワーが用意されていたので、海水浴後に砂などキレイに落としてチェックインすることができて、よかったです。駐車場も、チェックイン前に停めることができて助かりました。また利用したいと思います。

Cons:

エレベーターはありませんが、スタッフの方が荷物を運びましょうか？と声をかけてくださり、あたたかく対応してくださりました。

Room was a bit big , 4 people fits comfortably
Pros:

Near from the beach, and the utensils and kitchen we can cook food and eat and stay

Cons:

Utensils were a bit dirty, even some insects were there,
There was no sliding door to divide kitchen and living room as toilet was near, it was odd to go toilet properly as the sound was disturbing other friends.
