Good.
Pros:

Location was great, near to Shirahama beach.
Room size is ok, can fit 4 futon for 4 persons.

Cons:

In the evening there are nothing around the area.
Public transportation is lacking in the area.
The room is good, but the room was being cleaned from early morning (7AM) causing us to wake up early everyday.

次回もぜひ利用したいです！毎年の恒例にしたいと思いました
Pros:

海まで徒歩5分という近さ！
オーナーがとてもいい人！
部屋からの眺めもGOODでした！

Cons:

近くに食事できるところがありませんでしたが、下田駅までバスで15分くらいなので、夕方早めに海を上がれば問題なしです。
あと、宿の方でバーベキューのご用意もあるようなので、お願いするのもいいかもしれません。

海水浴後に、くつろげる最高の場所でした！
Pros:

入り口付近にシャワーが用意されていたので、海水浴後に砂などキレイに落としてチェックインすることができて、よかったです。駐車場も、チェックイン前に停めることができて助かりました。また利用したいと思います。

Cons:

エレベーターはありませんが、スタッフの方が荷物を運びましょうか？と声をかけてくださり、あたたかく対応してくださりました。

Room was a bit big , 4 people fits comfortably
Pros:

Near from the beach, and the utensils and kitchen we can cook food and eat and stay

Cons:

Utensils were a bit dirty, even some insects were there,
There was no sliding door to divide kitchen and living room as toilet was near, it was odd to go toilet properly as the sound was disturbing other friends.

Wonderful trip!
Pros:

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at this hotel. The host was kind and helpful, answering all our questions and even cooling the room before our arrival.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a convenient parking space for each room. The hotel is close to the beach, and there’s also a convenience store nearby.
Inside the room, there was a small kitchen where we could prepare light meals. All the necessary utensils were provided, and having a microwave in each room was very convenient.
I would definitely love to come back here on my next trip.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Shirahama Beach
Pros:

Location was super close to the beach, and the room had everything you need. Akira was a super friendly host accomodating any request if needed. It has free parking and shower to use even before and after check in.

Pros:

Location is great. Staff is friendly and allowed us to return after check out to use the shower after visiting the beach. We could also leave our car in the carpark until 1pm so we didnt have to spend extra on parking

Cons:

Freezer didnt work properly. HDMI on the TV didnt work either. Apart from that it was fine.
