The staff without a doubt. The hotel is a simple hotel, smallish room but very comfortable, it's great value for the price. It's actually very good, just small. But the staff made a difference, very helpful, very welcoming and accommodating, it just makes a difference when people are like that. I totally recommend it
We had a late flight, then we drove from Tirana to Shkodra, arrived over midnight, but the owner was very nice, came and showed us everything. For that price is very good. Clean and peaceful.
