Nice new hotel with clean new rooms, conveniently located within 5 minutes walking from downtown area and many restaurants and shops nearby.

Overall okay, nothing great.
Pros:

Hotel opened only recently. There is no restaurant. Not even tea/coffee is available. But neat and clean property. A/c was rather indifferent. Ceiling fan is not provided.
