Pros:

This is a very well-appointed apartment. There is a hallway, shower room, large livingroom-cum-kitchen, and a well proportioned bedroom with two aspects (windows and balcony). There is a second balcony accessible from the lounge.

It could be absolutely perfect.....but

Cons:

The place had a very strong smell of smoke. We opened all the windows to try to freshen it, but it is pretty ingrained.

The bed linen was mismatched, old, and not very inviting.

There were no bedside tables.

There was a puddle of water in the middle of the shower room, caused by a lack of sealant around the shower.

The location is very inconvenient and difficult to find. Our Bandirma resident friends had a lot of trouble finding it because it is on an unfinished building development, and the roads are not well represented on Google Maps.

Some new bedding, a few odd jobs and a smoking ban would make this apartment much better, but there is nothing they can do about the location. However it is quite cheap.

The host accepted your request and then sent us a message that he does not have rooms available but he didn't cancel it. So, I had to open a dispute to ask for my payment back.
