Pros:

Все прошло супер, новая вилла, супер ремонт, чувствовал себя миллиардером. Суперское отношения персонала. Единственное рядом нету магазинов и кафе. Все находится более 1 км, но это не мешает отдыху, наверное такой район. Оценка 10 из 10.

I’ve been staying at Rahya Villas Complex for a long time now, and it never disappoints. Every visit is consistently great — the villas are always clean, well-maintained, and just feel right.

The atmosphere is perfect: peaceful, private, yet still close to everything you need. The staff is always responsive and easy to deal with — no stress, everything gets handled quickly and smoothly.

Второй раз не остановились бы, ожидали большего из за террасы.

Хорошая вместительная кухня, приятный ремонт

Cons:

Заказывали апартаменты с терассой, при заезде оказалось, что, чтобы попасть на терассу, нужно выйти из апартаментов, подняться на 3 этаж и войти на свою личную терассу. Ну в итоге почти туда не ходили, зря брали получается. Таким образом в нашем жилье не было даже балкона, но зато занавески приходилось держать закрытыми, так как по коридору всегда ходили гости из соседних номеров. В столе на кухне прям где то муравейник находится, фрукты при заселении были в муравьях, любая еда, поставленная на стол, тоже сразу была в этих гостях. Шум от купающихся людей в бассейне раздавался эхом в номере, очень неудачно придумано с точки зрения звука.

Pros:

Wunderbare Unterkunft. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und sie haben uns so gut es ging alle Wünsche und Anliegen erfüllt. Die kleinen Villen sind eher gross und mann kann locker für längere Zeit dort bleiben und sich wohl fühlen. Alles war sehr sauber und auch ruhig. Wir würden sofort wieder dort buchen.

Wir konnten keine negativen Punkte während des Aufenthalts feststellen.

Pros:

Staff amazing and kind.

Cons:

The hotel is a building site. This hotel should not allowed to be open. Its mess construction is loud and the whoel site is a mess. I am shocked this hotel is allowed to be open.

Pros:

The villas is so clean and beautiful, located in a quiet place and only take 5-10mins by motorbike to the beaches and restaurants.
Also the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended!

Cons:

The issue was the up stairs balcony…this is not accessible from your room…you need to go up another flight of stairs outside of your room to access it

Cons:

It’s completely remote There is no restaurant anywhere nearby and no breakfast offered even though it say so ok the website . On top of that the driveway up there is extremely steep even if you walk up. The rooms downstairs have no privacy because people walk past then or are at the pool. Definitely to expensive for this location many better places there with more service and comfort

Pros:

Новая современная вилла с хорошим ремонтом. Все супер, персонал очень услужливый и приятный, при первом зове решали все вопросы и проблемы. Больше всего понравилась ванная санузлы новые чистые, оснащение горячей водой без проблем, это самый большой жирный плюс, так как на Бали часто проблемы с горячей водой, с удовольствием принимали душ и ванную не переживая о том что закончится горячая вода. Кухня хорошо оснащена, мебель новая. Есть балконы и садик на первом этаже, удобно для тех кто курит. Персонал на высшем уровне, в целом мы остались довольны нашим отдыхом.

Cons:

Спальни на 2-ом этаже, немного Крутая лестница без перил, если будут возрастные люди не удобно подниматься и спускаться, спальни по размеру немного тесноваты, но очень хорошо оборудованы, кровать очень удобная. Кондиционер напротив кровати, не комфортно было спать , постоянно отключали и включали чтобы охладить комнату. Рядом шла стройка, было шумно с 08 утра до 19:00 вечера, днем было не комфортно оставаться на вилле из за шума (но об этом предупредили сотрудники перед заселением, мы были к этому готовы). Но лучше уточните закончилась ли у них стройка, если вам важно отдыхать в тишине.

Our stay was really lovely, the apartment was 10/10 and staff were 10/10. We will definitely be returning 🥰
Pros:

Our stay at Rahya Villa complex was excellent. We are a family of 3 including our 9 year old son. The staff were AMAZING and went above and beyond to make our stay really comfortable. The apartment was beautifully kitted out with a fully fictional kitchen and dining space. Cleaning happened daily if you requested and even if you didn’t, you would return to a freshly made bed and the apartment smelling glorious. Our apartment stepped out on to the pool which was clean and maintained daily by the staff, our son spent a lot of time in the pool. Even though we didn’t get round to any of the spa treatments there are lots on offer at a very reasonable price.

Cons:

The location wasn’t ideal BUT that really made no difference to us because we were able to hire scooters really easily and cheaply, plus it was actually lovely being in the quieter end of things.
