Excellent experience from start to finish.
Pros:

Great Staff. Our check-in was facilitated by JV. Very professional and took great care of us. The facility is amazing. The room service was great! Glad to stay here any time on Manila!

A szobában a füstérzékelő 40 másodpercenként villant egyet. Hiába a becsukott szem, akkor is érzékelni lehetett.

Gutes Frühstück....von daher erstmal alles top

Cons:

Der Personal war unglaublich unfähig. Mit solchem Personal kann man selbst das schönste Hotel versauen. Da rennen hunderte von Leuten rum, und kaum einer weiß was er tut. Da müsste die Hotelleitung unbedingt eingreifen

It is a very large hotel and very busy with conference delegates...long delays being seated for breakfast.
