Locatia este relativ ok langa Iulius Campus la 1 minut, si palatul culturii la 3 minute de mers pe jos. dezamagitori sunt vecinii cu mormanele de gunoaie din fiecare curte. Blocul arata pe exterior ok, pe interior materiale ieftina de calitate indoielnica. Partea buna ca este curat...

Cons:

In primul rand denumirea este inselatoare, NU ESTE HOTEL. E un bloc de apartamentele cu vedere catre o curte cu gaini si buda din fundu curtii. Nota de recenzie deasemenea este inselatoare si nu are nicio treaba cu realitatea. Pretul e inselator... pentru ca mereu este la reducere, dar asta o stiam si mi-am asumat-o. Nefiind hotel bineinteles ca nu are optiuni de mic dejun. Zonele comune sunt atat de inguste incat doar pe alocuri incap doua persoane, in rest se merge in sir indian. Doamne fereste de o situatie de urgenta. Iarasi dubios cum s-au luat aprobarile pentru constructie. Nu exista locuri de parcare, parchezi pe strada pe unde apuci dupa ce muti doua cauciucuri. Per general e o inselatorie cu aspect legal :(
