Нам понравился комплекс, месторасположение, рядом большой супермаркет, подвозка до подъемника, завтрак, очень тепло в номере, хороший балкон. Персонал прекрасный, девушка в баре очень приятная. Вернёмся ещё.

Cons:

Минус...нет таблички " не беспокоить" открыла глаза от того, что уборщица уже стояла в номере, а мы спали....не приятно...нарушение личного пространства! Бассейн может быть и потеплее... Но в целом, соотношения цена- качество супер!!!

Pros:

Всё было супер! Отель очень понравился! Всё по домашнему, очень уютно, и комфортно. Приветливый , очень внимательный и заботливый персонал. Сауна, бассейн(28°С), детский теплее, трансфер к/от подъемнику (каждые пол часа), завтраки- все включено в стоимость. В номере белоснежные постельное белье, халаты, полотенца. В номере очень хорошее отопление и звукоизоляция. Удобные матрасы. Телевидение на любой вкус и язык). Ужин 16 евро (в других заведениях ~60 евро). Можно заказать массаж ( общий-1 час, 36 евро). Вода в сан. узлах горячая сразу (очень важная опция). Бар, камин, диваны, кресла понравились, всё продумано для отдыхающих. Сушилка для горнолыжного оборудования. Внутренних дворик -шикарный вид. Мангальная зона. Советую. Цена приемлемая. Условия пребывания превышают ожидаемое.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was everything, the staff was friendly, clean. There is a shuttle to the gondola and back. Quiet location.
only the pool could be given more attention.

Cons:

You need to bring slippers from home to go to the pool or sauna. The rest was more than nice, but the guests were very rude.
