تعامل الموظفين كان من أفضل ما يكون، أخلاق وذوق وخدمة راقية جدًا، وكلهم متعاونين وخدومين بشكل يخلّي الإقامة مريحة فعلًا. المكان جميل ومرتب وكأنك داخل كومباوند متكامل، فيه مطعم وكوفي ومسبح وحديقة أطفال وملعب كرة وسلة وحتى سوبر ماركت، يعني كل شيء قريب منك. استمتعت جدًا أنا وأهلي وكانت تجربة استثنائية بكل معنى الكلمة

Pros:

The hotel is very quiet as it is secluded from any surroundings, the bed and pillows are comfortable and the Italian restaurant has very good food.

Cons:

The internet was slow and would drop frequently. The sofa in the room we stayed in had many stains that I presume would not wash out on it.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, and what made the experience exceptional was the incredible team behind it. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the entire visit.

A special thank you to Mr Saho who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and was always ready to help with a genuine smile. He was a great help in all necessity arrangements we would look for in a Hotel. I’d also like to recognize a team from housekeeping, whose attention to detail kept the room spotless and comfortable throughout my stay.

Another standout was Mr Rashed and Mr Sameer who assisted me during [breakfast/dining/concierge service]. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed.

A special thanks to front desk Mr Irfan in arranging all our luggage in a very safety manner and helping us in all queries.

It’s clear that the hotel places a strong emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction, and the staff truly make it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just comfort, but also outstanding service.
