I will return time and again
Pros:

The staff were exceptional in hospitality, the rooms were clean, room space adequate ,at sixth floor very quiet, location was perfect just 2mins to gopuram gate
The room lighting air conditioning and fan were great
Staff were humble very polite and very helpful at all stages and time. Any needs immediately attended too.
My special thanks to Mr Venkat,Rajkumar and Srinivasulu .despite our arrival well past midnite the staff were waiting for our arrival. The floor attendants nandtappa and Prasad and the night staff who handled our luggage were simply great.
My gratitude to all the staff

Cons:

The lift is quite slow but still an asset for higher floors
The bathroom had an stale odour , some fragrance wd he useful
Nothing negative to complain at all

South African Pilgrimage 2026
Pros:

Om Sri Sai Ram. We had a great stay at Sai Towers during our South African Pilgrimage to Prasanthi Nilayam 2026. We loved the staff, especially Srinivasalu and Lakshminarayan. We will definitely stay here again..However they need to sort out the construction and hot water.

Cons:

Our floor was under renovation so it was very dusty and busy with construction workers. Our room didn't have hot water all the time. It was not the Sai Towers like before. We make numerous requests to check the hot water but they insisted that it's hot and functional. Our bathroom was very old compared to the other and we paid much more.

One of the best and safest places in Puttaparthi
Pros:

*Friendly,respectful and helpful staff.
*Clean and comfortable beds.
*Walking distance to Ashram.
*Room service was speedy and food was great.
*Fresh towels provided with toiletries.
*Someone was available to check me in late at night.
*Room cleaning was avaliable daily.

Cons:

*Ice cold water for bathing.

As a spiritual location, the facility should be more accustomed to peace, tranquility and serenity
Pros:

The location and the food at the restaurant.

Cons:

The room facilities could be a lot cleaner, there was no hot water and low water pressure almost all the time. Rooms are being renovated so lots of noise during the day as a result one cannot rest during the day.

Uitstekende locatie met vriendelijke personeel.
Pros:

Locatie, receptie 24 uur bemand. Dicht bij de ashram, restaurant en winkels.

Cons:

Dat ze nog steeds aan het verbouwen zijn (inmiddels al mn 3e verblijf met verbouwing). Geluidshinder is gelukkig overdag.
Het wordt steeds mooier en de kamers ook
