Value for money and Good location
Pros:

Good staff and location is perfect near to Temple gate.

Cons:

Nothing special.
Only once hot water stopped due to some technical problem else everything is on exception.

The Property is very conveniently located right in front of the Ashra. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and all the amenities that is required are available. The hotel restaurant serves excellent food, so so happy with my stay. Will stay here every time I visit Puttaparti.

DISASTER
Pros:

Location and food.

Cons:

The room i was given was in a complete new extension of the hotel.Still a building site.
I was travelling female alone and no other rooms were occupied along that area . There were other rooms still being completed the room opposite me was still getting renovated.
First day I banged my leg along an aluminum door handle and I called the desk to inform them, I asked to meet a female member of staff named Sandhya then came up to see me.
She told me we could shift rooms, nothing transpired.
Then I asked reception for tape, so I got toilet roll and taped those dangerous door handles did a DIY job myself.
One of the says was a HUGE cockroach in the bathroom about 2 inch I size.
The rooms were not cleaned, I had ask to be cleaned, Then when I went and asked for cleaning was not done on return.
I even had to ask for water bottles and towels.
One night 2 am I hot distributed by commotion outside along corridor. You would've thought management or the female would at least ask once how the leg is, no message or concern

This stay was a disaster. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in room 202.

The worst thing of all, No compensation, No discount and most importantly no APOLOGY FROM OWNERS OR MANAGEMENT.

Het restaurant, een deur verder heeft erg goed eten.

Cons:

Personeel van de balie had iets gastvrijer mogen zijn. Eveneens de medewerkers van het restaurant. Zij waren soms wat nors.
