Clean, practical, nice location and roof terrace

Cons:

Very poor noise insulation both towards the street (3rd floor) and the neighboring room. Could hear every conversation and walking from the room next door.

Не могу не отметить, что отель пытался через букинг выманить у меня доплату за бронирование, спустя несколько месяцев им показалось что оплаченная мной сумма недостаточна. Пришлось подключать сервис букинга и цена осталась прежней.

Из неудобств в номере: есть только шкаф с вешалками, но нет полочек для вещей. Для чего в номере один маленький холодильник и один огромный + морозильник??? Нельзя его убрать и в том шкафу сделать полочки для вещей?!

Pros:

渡韓直前追加料金かキャンセルを要求される問題が発生し何度もメールでやり取りをし渡韓前に一応解決したが本当に泊まれるのか心配だったがメールでも現地のスタッフも対応も良く立地も良く施設内設備も良く気持ちよく滞在することが出来た。室内の大型冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電子ポット、スーツケースを広げて置けるスペースは良かった。

Cons:

たまたまだと思うがタオルの汚れ(血の様な赤い塊と鼻水の様なもの)が落ちていない物があって気持ち悪くて使えなかった。シャワー室のカビ、部屋の床の色が良くも悪くも汚れが目立たない色になっていたためシャワー室の清掃をもう少し綺麗にしてほしかった。

Pros:

Have stayed here before, when it was called Dears and loved it. The current place is the same, only rebranded. Clean, quiet, close to subway (2 minutes walk) - Chungmuro station, close convenience stores (GS25, emart24) and Myeongdong is just 10 minutes a walk away. Comfy bed/pillow, AC worked perfect in the winter, you get 2 bottles of water/day and you can leave your luggage at the front desk for free if you arrive earlier and don't wanna pay for early check in or if you have a late flight and wanna explore the city in the mean time.

Very good
Pros:

Very nice hotel. It is in a good location only 5 minutes from Myeongdong or the metro station. The room was a bit small but really nice and clean!
