Peccato che sia andata così...comunque Merida va assolutamente visitata.

L'appartamento non è per 4 persone, non c'è un angolo cottura come viene indicato nella prenotazione, il divano risulta poco pulito e non adatto a dormire. Peccato perché L'appartamento è nuovo ma lo spazio non è stato ben sfruttato. Credo che al posto del divano ci voleva l'angolo cottura che , ripeto, non c'è. Per noi 4 è stato molto difficoltoso abitare dentro. Credo bisogna aggiungere la cucina e far soggiornare solo due persone e non 4.

It was a good enough accommodation for the price.
Pros:

Good bedroom, kitchen, bathroom

Cons:

The kitchen should have provided a grater, a paring knife without serrated edge, salt and pepper, sugar, maybe some spices like onion and garlic powders.
A larger quantity of drinking water.
A bit far from convenience store.

Mois de février complet passé à Casa Itzae:gentillesse du personnel, calme, sécurité, bon logis.
Pros:

Appartement clair, calme et agréable! Grand lit confortable. Grand frigo. Eau filtrée sur demande. Jolie cour avec petite piscine, terrasse (table et chaises pour chaque unité). Grande disponibilité et efficacité de la gérante Paulina (Muchas gracias!) Les nombreux conseils qu’elle nous a donnés. La propreté des lieux et le soin qu’y apportent les dames de ménage ( gracias Saydi!). L’éclairage, les ventilateurs et la clim efficaces. 2 grands écrans de télé. Les photos reflètent bien ce qu’il y a sur place. On trouve à s’approvisionner pas très loin; buanderie assez près où on s’occupe de faire notre lessive, pratique! Petit séchoir pliant. Bonne douche. Serviettes pour piscine fournies. Quelques cafés et restaurants, parc et petit marché à explorer dans le coin.

Great stay. Comfortable and clean. Would totally stay there again.
Pros:

Good design. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff always replied real quick to our request.

Cons:

The water in the swimming pool was unfortunately very cold and not so clean, but i guess it’s because it was January.

Personnel Hotel ( Paulina ) extrêmement sympathique, très réactif et toujours près à vous aider.
Appartement très propre. Bon équipement ( sauf ustensiles de cuisine 1 seule poêle/ 1 seule casserole et pas d'egoutoir pour les pâtes...)
Très geand lit . Très confortable.
15 mn à pied de la Plazza grande

Cons:

Quartier très moyen et pas vraiment clean .
Il y a 6 appartements dont 4 se font face avec une piscine commune.
Trop de promiscuité
Si vous voulez manger sur votre terrasse/balcon il faut le partager avec vos voisins de palier

Affordable luxury stay near Centro
Pros:

Really clean and felt like we were the only ones there. Super easy check-in process and the staff were very easy to reach out to. Very good WiFi connection as well. Wasn’t sure if this place was real as there weren’t many reviews but I’d highly recommend this for a stay in Merida.

Cons:

There was a bit of an issue with the sink leaking in the bathroom.

Pros:

The apartment was lovely , aircon in sitting room and living room which was lovely. Bed was extremely comfortable. Host was easily reachable when needed. Honestly had a fantastic stay. The location was fantastic. Short walk to grand plaza and only around the corner to Santiago park. I liked the seating area with the loungers just to sunbathe and relax in the mornings. Would stay again and recommend

Cons:

The only downside for me was that the pool could use a bit more maintenance. There was a gradual build-up of leaves, bugs, and similar debris, which made it feel less inviting over time. The first day was completely fine, but it did become more noticeable as the days went on.
That said, it was never particularly bad — just enough to make you hesitate before getting in. It also looked lovely at night with the lights on.

Great place to stay for couple of days outside core centre and crowds
Pros:

Very clean, great quality of accommodation and all important amenities on site. Pool big enough to chill out and some basic swimming..

Cons:

Location is not that central - you have to walk a few streets to get to store or cafe.

Great unit, would recommend
Pros:

Great size unit a short distance from the centre of Merida, a 15 minute walk at most. Great addition of a swimming pool.
Bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and by far the most comfortable during my trip in Mexico.
Great big windows allow a lot of light into the unit.
Air conditioning worked great in both the bedroom and the living room.
Lovely, large balcony perfect for relaxing.

Cons:

Couch was a little uncomfortable but didn't phase me as I wasn't spending much time on it.
Kitchen facilities left a bit too be desired for. No dedicated kitchen sink. Only had a microwave and a very small mini fridge which wouldn't hold a full sized bottle of water.
(Another unit had a full sized fridge and an electric dual hotplate which would allow for cooking and a kitchen sink)

Hotel cómodo y perfecto para pasar unos días en Mérida

Cons:

Aunque estaba bastante céntrico pues está a 15 minutos andando del centro histórico, la zona está muy abandonada. Es un barrio donde todo son casas pero muy abandonadas y en mal estado y aunque ésto no es culpa del anfitrión pues la casa hotel está nueva y en muy buen estado hace que rebaje la calidad de la misma. Ojalá el gobierno de Mérida promocione o ayude a mejorar esa colonia pues bien arreglada sería muy linda y aumentaría su imagen y categoría.

No lift, stairs to upper floor is a challenge for less mobile... But the climb is worth the effort

Un super logement bien équipé et spacieux, une grand chambre, une petite terrasse et une piscine à disposition.
Un peu excentrée par rapport au centre (15 min à pied), ce qui permet d'être au calme.
