Great value for money, good food and staff on hand to help when you need.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and staff were attentive.
Restaurant food tasted fresh and flavourful.
Room had a powerful AC until, smart TV for online services that you can sign in to with your own account such as Netflix, and tea making facilities and water bottles supplied with access to a fridge and a safe for your personal belongings. Staff would also help arrange access to taxis when needed.

Cons:

The electricity went out late one evening (one of the two nights I stayed) around 10pm and went off a few times between 10pm anf 11pm which effected the smartTV for about 5mins after power returned. The overhead shower head could do with the nozzles cleaning so all the water streams flowed straight down and not off at random angles.

The room was big and spacious

Cons:

The facility in the room need up dating especially the tv and it’s sky box and the cleaning was not satisfactory there was a used razor left in the shower.
Also it was bit far from Phagwāra
