Great location beautiful decor and great staff

It's very new, so the decor is much better than more expensive hotels in the area and those in the same price range. However, the sheets and pillowcases aren't changed daily; I stayed for three days and it was the same set the whole time. My comforter had a small stain that's been there for the past few days without being changed. The towels were all folded, but I can't be sure if there are any better options.
It was so hot! I turned the heater down to 15 degrees Celsius, but it was still very hot, so I had to turn it off and leave the door open. The couple across the hall were also very hot, and they opened their door too. But if the heater isn't on, it gets very cold in the latter half of the night. However, this hotel is still the best overall in the Newtonmore, Aviemore, and Kingussie area.

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful ! The hotel is modern and looks recently re-done, the food was absolutely fantastic! Also the new gin cocktail the bar manager makes is awesome 👌.

A beautiful room, very spacious, lovely furnishings and amazing bathroom. Fresh milk in the mini fridge was perfect.

It’s a tiny thing and wouldn’t put us off staying again but it would be good to have more than just two breakfast teabags.
