Starhotel mit Herz und gutem Essen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes und zuverlässiges Personal mit Interesse am Gast.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere das Personal am Empfang, Restaurant und Frühstück war herzlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

In der Wolf Sports Bar war es extrem kalt.

Pros:

We had stopped in 6 hotels on our way around the NC500 and Skye, and this hotel was far and away the best , we were amazed at the quality from top to bottom , a lot of money has been spent on it and it shows , the bedroom and bathroom were high end and the staff couldn’t do enough for us , I would thoroughly recommend this hotel , and would certainly use it again in the future, a credit to all involved.

Exceeded expectations!
Pros:

Very quiet stay, Immaculate room, plenty of parking across the street (we didn't use the lot). The attached restaurant was a big bonus with delicious food. Very nice décor throughout. The breakfast was perfect too!

Had a lovely relaxed few days.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean and well appointed room. Food was lovely.

Cons:

The electricity in our room tripped twice but was fixed very quickly. It didn’t spoil our stay.

We liked the location - lovely hotel—only opened a year - room was so Cosy. Food was excellent.
Pros:

A freshly cooked breakfast - a good selection of cereals etc in a lovely dining area - served by friendly staff.

Cons:

Lift didn’t work.

Everything, it was beautiful, lovely and clean the staff were brilliant, the food was amazing including breakfast, the rooms were very comfortable and tastefully decorated, there was a lot little touches also that made the stay more comfortable
