Pros:

The room had a fantastic view over Morecambe Bay. There were three armchairs to enable us to see the view.

Cons:

The bathroom floor felt gritty when walking on it barefoot. The night porter conducted a very loud conversation whilst sweeping the outside area at 5am and woke us up.

Reception staff were welcoming and polite. . For the price it was ok but wont go back.

. The breakfast was ok considering the price for the room and breakfast. It was buffet style with an ok basic choice .

Cons:

The room was quite small and basic but had a great sea view. You could here the traffic but it was quite a busy road. Beds were comfortable and clean. Shower very small and very dated with lots of mold around. Carpet had stains and walls had some marks on it. No bedside table lamp so if you needed to get up during the night you were in the dark.
In the evening we went for a drink in the bar which was very depressing. There were also some members of staff there drinking and getting louder and louder so in the end we left and took our drinks to our room. There was some guy lying on a sofa . In the morning when we came down for breakfast there was another character sleeping on a sofa . Not good.

Pros:

Staff friendly, and helpful

Cons:

No bedside lamp in our room, no cleaners, and there was no choice with breakfast for what type of eggs u wanted just scrambled eggs with the buffet, window sills in the dining area were dirty with cobwebs

Easy access to the beach and town centre

Cons:

No air condition and no fans supplied to the very clammy room. When we asked for a fan, we were told that our room would be added to the already long list if one became available. We have stayed here a few times but unfortunately we won’t be coming back. I’m sure that the price we paid for the night should warrant a fan in all the rooms

Reasonable price, convenient.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, great location on the seafront. Good sized twin room, comfortable bed.

Cons:

The hotel was a little 'tired/dated' but perfectly clean. Thought the breakfast was included, but it wasn't, we didn't have it.

Perfect location and good value for money.
Pros:

The location, beautiful view across the bay. Bus stop right outside, easy to get to Lancaster and Heysham and other places. Good hot breakfast. Room adequate with large bathroom, hot water. Good value for money. Free parking on the road outside.

Cons:

A little dated but adequate for the price. Some noise from other guests but not too bad.
