Pros:

We stayed in a private room within the owner’s residence, and the neighborhood was absolutely wonderful — quiet, beautiful, and close to everything. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and nicely updated. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace, which made for a peaceful spot to sit outside.

The hosts provided breakfast fixings, which we really appreciated, and the owner was very kind, welcoming, and clear with all instructions.

One thing to note is that the room does not have a private entrance, which made us feel a little less comfortable than expected.

That said, the location was excellent — just minutes from downtown, making it simple to head out for dinner without a long drive back and forth.

Very pleasant. Short drive to Walmart where we parked our car and got the 1 bus into downtown Charlottetown. Worked out
Pros:

Very clean and well stocked. Breakfast was good. Hard boiled eggs or cook your own. Cereal ,yogurt,banana,apple,toast with butter and jam,juice,coffee,tea.Liam was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Didn’t have hot water for shower on the day we checked out.

Pros:

Die Gastfreundschaft war unbeschreiblich. Alles war da. Morgens hatten wir alles vor Ort, was zu einem entspannten Frühstück nötig ist. Auch Wäsche kann gewaschen werden, bzw übernommen.

Magnifique séjour, un vrai bonheur !
Pros:

Un séjour absolument exceptionnel: confort fantastique à tous points de vue: amabilité et accueil très chaleureux, literie magnifique, équipement complet. A recommander sans aucune réserve !

Logement très bon et hôte très gentil.
Pros:

Le logement était parfait. Le hôte a été très gentil et nous a permis de brancher notre EV sur ça prise pour faire une petite recharge pendant la nuit. Je le recommande sans doute.

お部屋がとにかく綺麗で広くてアメニティも充実していました。ロケーションも悪くなくダウンタウンまでバスで行けるのでとても良いです。スタッフの人もとても優しくて今までで泊まった施設の中で一番良かったです。また泊まりたいです。

Hochwertige Räumlichkeiten und sehr nette Gastgeber
Pros:

Die Räumlichkeiten waren extrem gross und sehr liebevoll und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Bett war ausserordentlich gut, wir haben so gut darin geschlafen. Auch schätzten wir sehr, dass wir die Waschmaschine und den Trockner benutzen durften. Das Frühstück war auch sehr fein. Die Gastgeber sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

A lovely stay with an excellent host
Pros:

It was a lovely forest like setting in a private residential area close to downtown Charlottetown. The host shared his kitchen and dining room with us in the morning, which was so much better than a kitchenette. Our host thought of everything including robes and toothbrushes.

Cons:

It would’ve been nice to have the option of a light blanket or quilt instead of a duvet as the temperature was so mild

NOTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY.
I just wished I could have exchange more with the host but I also appreciated the privacy they gave me.

Emplacement
If you’re looking to be near downtown or just having to step out of the house and have all the attractions, you won’t like it (which I didn’t mind, I actually liked the calm so just telling for those who are looking for that)
