Disappointing for the cost. Great location
Pros:

Location was great, the entrance and building were lovely and the floor you enter in.
Bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Our room looked terrible. Nothing like the pictures. Was told it was an old building but this was not the case. I think the other rooms looked fine but this room is probably a last booking room. The shower screen broken off and not bothered to fix. The ceiling light just a bulb with cover broken off, room looked dirty. The beds were not the beds in any of the pictures I saw. It was a busy weekend and appeared we were charged the same for a room that should probably not be in use or needed maintenance.
Breakfast was so limited and was just pastries from Cole’s. Coffee was not included in the price.

Gorgeous old building with early 1900s character in walking distance to Salamanca. Comfortable and clean, and really good value.

Central location, breakfast was nice, large space and staff was friendly.

Cons:

The family room needed serious maintenance, no door or screen in the shower, holes on the wall, pipes were super noisy. Soft mattresses. Room was in the basement.

Great place to stay if you don't have a car
Pros:

Great location/ old style building - lovely light filled room (room 1- others have less light)

Cons:

No car parking- hotel charges $25 per night. Breakfast was nothing special - toast and cereal. Nice little shared lounge for relaxing and reading. Bar not really a happening place- closed at 6pm

Good location. Nice hotel.
Pros:

The room was very big with high ceilings and the staff brought the luggage upstairs. Breakfast was nice. Location is central.

Cons:

The room was big so that they could fit two queen size beds but they only had one and instead two old couches. That was weird.

Clean, comfortable, affordable and close to cbd.
Pros:

Perfect location to cbd, markets, theatre, food. Walking distance if desired. Staff were excellent. Accommodation clean and comfortable. Price included a small continental breakfast, which was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

A great central place to stay with friendly welcoming staff.

The period of the building and the spaciousness of the room. Breakfast was inclusive for a very reasonable price. In the centre of the city with free overnight parking on the street. Cocktail lounge was lovely.
