Ridiculously small room with 30cm gap above and below toilet door which allows no toilet privacy. Only suitable for one solo traveller

Okay for a one night stay
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Towels were good.

Cons:

This 'corporate' room had a 'window' that only opened into a public stairwell so effectively could not have
the blinds open if you wanted any privacy. Effectively not a window. I think this should be noted on the description.

Uncomfortable impractical place to stay
Pros:

Close proximity to Salamanca market.

Cons:

Not advised we were staying on third floor, no lift available and stairs for elderly were extremely difficult. No where to put suitcases except on floor. Toilet door no barrier for found or smell.
Curtains grotty, vanity warped and difficult to use. No fresh air available and light in toilet controlled by main lights. Only one towel rail. Hot water takes for ever to come through.

Great location, spacious room, and attentive staff. I loved my stay!
Pros:

My room was upgraded on arrival which was very much appreciated! The continental breakfast was plentiful. Rachel was exceptional - friendly, attentive and welcoming.

Cons:

The traffic noise was a tad noisy at times but not too annoying and to be expected given the location and age of the building.
