Pros:

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. Also, the hotel was situated in an excellent location to explore the city centre. I also loved my little room's balcony. Especially considering the price, 100% I would recommend. If I am ever in Yerevan again, I am defeintly staying here.

Cons:

Nothing really, I would say I didn't like. That said, the room's layout was not my favourite. All was great other than that!

Pros:

The hotel was cozy and in a great location. I booked the room with breakfast, but I didn’t realize it was a room-only breakfast and it was rather poor. There are many good places nearby for breakfast, so I would suggest not booking the room with breakfast. Overall, it was a lovely, well-located hotel.

Very Good overall, with wonderful warm, welcoming & helpful Staff on the Reception Desk.
Pros:

Location & walking distance to sights & around the City was excellent for Us both; excellently positioned right across the road from the Opera House; Also, though it was on a busier street, there was no disturbing noise from the traffic. It was surrounded by lovely local restauarants & cafes, as the lovely long promenade street down towards the Main Square of the city centre.

Cons:

Definitely! The Breakfast, though it was very fresh & of good quality, every morning, IT lacked variety on ALL levels!

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The hotel has a great location, clean and well maintained room. Friendly and welcoming staff. The only minor drawback was the lack of an extra pillow, but overall it was a very good stay.
