Самый центр Еревана, напротив парк и площадь, главная пешеходная улица. Буквально десятки шагов до главных ресторанов. Номер большой с небольшой кухонной зоной. Полноценный холодильник, что важно летом. Есть балкон со столиком)

Cons:

Небольшой шум от улицы, что нас не напрягало, но это самый центр (следует иметь ввиду). В душе настройка холодной/горячей воды требует умения))
