Room is cleaned..

Cons:

During the stay, we felt very bad .we get disturbed from other customers as they are trying to open the our room door with their keys.and we got many unwanted calling bells.

Peaceful and Comfortable Family Stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Spring Valley Resort for 2 nights and 3 days with my 2 kids. We had a very comfortable and pleasant experience.
The room was clean and well maintained, with AC and water heater facilities available and working properly throughout our stay. The resort atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family trip.
The staff were friendly and supportive, and the kids enjoyed the stay very much. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would happily recommend this resort for families visiting Thekkady.

The whole days we faced power issues, electricity was not stable

Disappointed with Deluxe Quadruple room
Pros:

No Breakfast , Location is bit far away unless u dont have ur vehicle it is far from Periyar lake

Cons:

We had booked 2 rooms one of 23 sq m and other of 32 sq m but when we checked all rooms were of 23 sq m ..They say they have a deluxe Quadruple room but that not the case ..so if u are booking deluxe quadruple room dont book the same as room not big enough for 4 adults
