Clean and quite room
Couldn’t make a coffee
Enjoyed all the amenities provided, bath and shower plus double bed was nice! Host lives in the property too, which I neglected to realise prior to my stay! However you feel the split between their space and your own, host respects your privacy massively. Got some good recommendations for nearby cafes and was nice having a conversation with them too! Great guy!
Everything about the property was good!
You shouldn’t rent that place unless you’re rent a jail , the check in 4pm s check out 8am also from 10-7 you can’t make noise so you should stay in the room watching the ceiling 🤣it was a nightmare stay also you m taking Booking dot com to court for this accommodation….?????

The room was neat and bed was comfortable.
I had no idea that the apartment was shared with the owner. Got the fright of my life when someone walked into the apartment around 11:30pm. This is just a room in their apartment with a shared bathroom. Thank goodness they didn't come home while I was showering with the bathroom door wide open. As a female solo traveller, I would never book shared accommodations for safety reasons. I didn't sleep at all, I didn't feel comfortable, and left first thing in the morning.
Looking back on the booking.com advertisement, it does say shared bathroom but it's not easily found. I'd suggest this is made much more clear so travellers aren't surprised by this.

The bedroom is in the hosts flat - this wasn’t clear from the description or pictures. The bedroom was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Did not have a sofa as per the picture but did have a fan.
It was not clear from the description that the bathroom and front door is shared. With the host. Nor that the car has to be parked in side roads and you can’t off load your luggage without potentially incurring a fine.

Clean and convenient
Very secure building
Fairly easy to access (note: Google maps erroneously points to the back of the building; easy to miss the front entry), communication was good. Felt safe, residential area. Clean, home-like facilities. I accessed from Heathrow via underground and bus, which run well. About 12 minutes walk from the Assembly bus stop. A few groceries past the bus stop. Good, friendly host. Simple ride on Piccadilly line to downtown within an hour.
