Pros:

I just needed place to sleep. This offered such place for decent price. Like said in other reviews, just don't expect to get that rooftop pool room and you won't get disappointed.

Pros:

False advertisement 100%. First of all, if you are searching for places in Old Town this hotel is NOT in Old Town, it is located on the other side of the island in Patong. I booked 2 nights, non refundable, 50.00/night in a comfort double room. Guess what, they didnt have it available and I ended up in the standard room with no refund for cost difference. The Expedia description said that there was a jetted tub in every room, nope. Onsite convience/grocery store, nope. Onsite bar, nope. The rooftop terrace is not for all guests, just the room pictured in the advertisement. The safe didnt work, etc. Very disappointed, but the positives- if you are looking for a place to stay in Patong and not Old Town this is a great location close to everything. The staff is polite, the food is okay. Dont pay top priced room, you wont get what you are expecting.
