Booked 2 nights, but room wasn’t serviced after first night.

Pros:

Some bread and fruit were set for breakfast. The room was clean and neat. It seemed that it was newly painted & renovated. The room was provided with the small electronic heater

Cons:

The bed was too soft so I would rather prefer more solid bed which can hold my body in comfortable way.
The room key was old-fashioned (a key looked like the one in 19th century).

I wouldn't go back to stay overnight!
Pros:

Effes food was delicious. Restaurant staff lovely. Room size great.

Cons:

Bed mattress very old fella the springs as soon as you sat on it did not sleep well.
USB port in room didn't work.
Bathroom tap not fitted correctly water pressure not great in the shower.
Fruit flies all around uncovered breakfast meats and cheese which were not chilled....diluting orange juice at breakfast....not good value for money paid

Very very disappointed
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

The accommodation was one of the worst we’ve stayed in.
No hotter in the shower and the mattress was unbelievably uncomfortable and needed replacing.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited. As a coeliac I asked for some gluten free bread and was given two pitta breads.

Top Lage!
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Der Erker gemütlich mit Sitzgelegenheiten, hier konnten wir die Abendsonne genießen.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Abendessen im Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Lage ideal um mit dem Zug nach Glasgow zu fahren!
