Very good
Pros:

It's sctually a hostel or guest house, but worth with the low price.
Location is strategic, easy to find, many food stall nearby, and close to entry/exit of toll road.
Room is ok for the low price.

Cons:

Bed sheet smelly and the towel has become brownish.
