The next time I’ll visit Siargao I will definitely stay again at Puyo Suites. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pros:

The place is very convenient as it is located in General Luna and there is Watson and mini mart nearby. I like the ambiance. The place is clean. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. 10/10 ⭐️

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like is that our room has no cabinet for our clothes to hang.

Pros:

Good place to stay. Great value for money.
Pros:

The location is close to a lot of bars, shops and restaurants. Rooms are neat and spacious, and beds are comfortable.

Cons:

While the host was helpful and responsive and the place itself was fine, the staff experience was quite disappointing. During our stay, some staff members are unfriendly and unwelcoming.
When we had queries, the responses were unclear and we were often passed from one staff member to another without a proper resolution. This made it difficult to get simple information.

Pros:

All of 5 of us who stayed here were very satisfied. In particular these are best things we like about the hostel:
1. Cleanliness is superb.
2. Location is excellent. It is right where the establishments are (like food, tour, etc.) so it was so easy to go around.
3. The staff was so helpful and they were on duty 24 hours!
Definitely a gem in Siargao.

Cons:

Room for improvements:
1. Wifi can sometimes be weak and intermittent.
2. The CR has no divider for the shower area so the whole bathroom gets wet when someone takes a shower (but this may be a matter of preference as I prefer a dry CR.)

Estaba muy limpio y muy cerca del centro. La cama muy cómoda y grande.

Cons:

El personal hablaba poco el inglés y costaba entenderte con ellos y que te pudieran ayudar en todo..

El baño normal.
