A solid bet!
Pros:

Lovely staff and a great location - in easy walking distance of loads or restaurants, bars etc but not loud. Also very clean.

Cons:

The airconditioners are pretty noisy but OK with earplugs.

Pros:

Great location just down the road from all the main strip of shops restaurants and bars.
Staff were super friendly and tried to help.

Cons:

Summarising, staff are fantastic but limited English and hard to communicate things to.

Eg: The shower was either cold or boiling, no in-between.
I normally sleep with a sheet over me, even when hot and the sheet was tucked in quite low (only over my feet) so the next day before they made up the room I asked if it could be made with the sheet higher, (so I didn't have to unmake the bed before going to sleep).
It was so difficult to communicate this, despite the staff being super friendly and trying to help, that minor things like the shower I didn't bother even trying to tell them and just had cold showers.

One of the best things about it is the location - book this place if for this alone.

Cons:

The place is showing its age so maybe a few upgrades can be implemented. The facilities are limited too.
