La literie un peu dur
De locatie van het hotel is geweldig. Aan de rand van het dorp, maar dichtbij het centrum. Het uitzicht is fantastisch en de keuken maakt geweldige maaltijden.
Het hotel kent wat achterstallig onderhoud, maar het is nog zeker de moeite waard om het te bezoeken.

Location is just outside of town down a steep hill, but the views are stunning. The hotel has a number of great facilities and the staff are very helpful. We had a really pleasant and relaxed stay after some tiring days beforehand.

The building is a bit in decay and needs some repainting and proper cleaning of the rooms for it to look as grand as it probably did a while back.
Out room had cobwebs in the corners and the toilet also leaked from the base when flushing.
They also fix their Booking.com rates in USD however you’re forced to pay in Bolivianos at the hotel and they use an exchange rate that is not the same as the official
Very nice staff, when we arrived we found out the swimming pool was under maintenance. The staff was very friendly and helped to find another hotel with swimming pool.
(on booking.com the option swimming pool was turned off, but we didn't see in advance, as the description and pictures still showed the swimming pool).

Magnificent view from the dining hall. Room and bathroom were clean and well sized. Helpful staff, great breakfast.
The huge bedroom window opened to the external corridor without any security screen so we couldn’t leave it open for ventilation throughout the night.
Nice and quiet place, the staff was amazing, clean and lovely room, exceptional views, I din't have the chande to use the pool but it was look clean
Two things, first the location, is a little bit far from the main square and second, the kitchen service is available just the weekends, so to get lunch you must walk to the main square

Hotel Gloria has plenty of private parking
We have stayed at the Hotel Gloria before. Unfortunately though, the pictures that booking.com has are old because they are not maintaining the place any more. Our bathroom had a water leak, so the floor was always wet. The shower was a disaster. The staff were not at all attentive. They didn't clean our room at all during our stay. The pool area needs urgent attention. We were told we had to pay cash and that we could pay in USD, Then when we checked out, the lady wouldnt take our money, she claimed it might be forged. The very same day we changed the same notes for Bolivianos in Oruro without any problems whatsoever. When, at 8.30 we wanted to check out, we had to wait for 30mins for someone capable of using the computer at reception to show up which delayed our departure.
