There is absolutely nothing to like about this hotel.

Cons:

The behavior of the hotel staff is absolutely terrible. The room became completely flooded with water leaking from the AC unit. When I reported this to the staff, they claimed that it happened because I had kept the AC running all day—but surely, if one books an AC room, the AC is meant to be used! To make matters worse, they told me to vacate the room and go stay somewhere else. I have been staying here for 10 days, but this is the first time I have ever encountered such a hotel. Furthermore, neither does the TV work, nor do they provide a remote control for the AC; they simply tell you to switch off the AC manually if you start feeling too cold. I would strongly advise against staying here—do not come here, even by mistake. They even demand extra money despite having already collected the payment online.

Great value for money
Pros:

The location is right on fort aguada road so good access to to bars restaurants and shops, the staff were great, really helpful and friendly. They arranged a moped for me and got my laundry washed too.

The blanket and pillow were so bad that you don't even ask, they were not at all clean and neat, there was a strange smell etc., he did not even feel like taking a bath in the room.
