Over-expensive hotel located in a horrible area
Pros:

Expensive hotel located in the middle of the market,the area s horrible, and regarding the hotels staff,some speak a little English some none, in addition they requested me to pay a second time cause they couldn't find the payment from the hotels.com system,despite i showed them they insisted, at the end they let it go,however the attidute of the staff showed lack of professional preparation , . About the room 50 plus usd a night for a noise room in des is absurdly expensive

Good for short stay .
Pros:

Good care from the people. Wifi at 4 th floor weak and not stable.

The environment is so to say very “african”. No paved roads , very busy, warnings from locals to be carefull to go outside …..

Excellent accommodation, service and value
Pros:

This hotel was $100 cheaper than Holiday Inn. Excellent room and bathroom on 7th floor with 270 views from the balcony. The food at the restaurant was very good and local prices but took some time to come. Many facilities including a sauna.

SUPER COMFORT AND CLEAN HOTEL
Pros:

Very new looking and clean Hotel / Bedroom. The mattress and pillows SUPER COMFORT, and trust me, I'm extremely picky about that... shower working well, good pressure, and hot water if needed.

A/C unit working perfectly and quickly 👌🏼

It's really worth it! Will be visiting you guys again. Thanks 😊

Of course, it's in the middle of the kariakoo area, so it can be busy and noisy sometimes but also very accesible.

It was a nice stay in Mazola Diamond hotel for 4 days .
Pros:

1. Spacious rooms with all necessary facilities.
2.Bathrom is also pretty big and tidy.
3.Cleaneliness .
4.All basic facilities are available withhin walking distance.

Cons:

Location : Inside the busiest markets of Dar es Salaam.It was very difficult to get in and out of the hotel every time due to heavy traffic.

Noisy : It is very difficult to get a sound sleep at night for those who are staying upto 5th floor.Noice from the people who are offloading the trucks.

I had to leave at 3AM for my flight & found the staff sleeping on the floor in front of the Reception !
The phone in the room wasn't working and I had to go down to speak to the Reception or order food .
