Good location. Simple and basic room. Good value only let down was having to buy my own towel as none were given to me
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

No towels in the room and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned as there was toothpaste all over the sink.
Asked at reception twice and was told I would have a towel before morning but none came. I had to go out and buy a towel so I can shower.

Convenient place to stay for Evolutions
Pros:

It was a conveniet and comfortable place to stay while attending a trade event at Evolutions Battersea Park

Keep looking if you want something decent, this isn't there yet.
Pros:

Location is great. The staff were helpful and did what they could to make us happy with the resources they had.

Cons:

The room had to be changed as we have been given a room that had different facilities then what we paid for. Even so, when we did get what we wanted, those facilities were broken, in very poor condition eg. The fridge did not work and we were in desperate need to keep medication cool for our little one. The room was not clean, marks on the walls, dusty and those curtains could do with a wash from time to time. The bathroom was stinking. The beds were in desperate need of a mattress protector and decent bedding overall. Microwave, kettle, the hob - they all need a good scrub and make sure they are in good working condition.
