Location was great but poor maintenance (easy fix’s) let the overall quality of the stay down.

Awful and not worth the money spent

It was close to where i needed to be

Cons:

One of the desk staff were very rude and very unhelpful! Between 12.15-12.30 am someone was trying to get into our room and i was woken by my partner to alert me of this so i went to reception to alert them of this and to see if they could enlighten me considering they are sat at the desk watching cameras and they have the cctv of all floors, i was told that no one was trying to enter our room and that my partner was imagining it! I stayed 3 nights and the 3rd night was the night this occurred! We were planning to stay another night but we checked out and we paid for an apartment elsewhere ! I didnt appreciate the lack of concern or the rudeness!

I will not be using this hotel again

Also the room door was hard to get into! It took 10 minutes to enter on one occasion !
The knobs on the shower were detatched from the wall and the beds were awful as one had a huge dip and made us roll almost of the bed whilst sleeping! The noise from the staff was also terrible and the fact they kept loitering outside of my room was weird!

The check in was poor. No water. Room was dirty and damp. The walls were patchy and the whole thing disgusting. We paid for a suite and given a basic room as they didn't have our suite avaliable!
