千萬不要住進來！
Pros:

這間房子已經在警察局列案處理，請外國旅客不要居住。

Cons:

出租代理人在我入住第一天的下午，居然還私自帶其他房客，進來看房子，而且把大門密碼全部透透給其他人，在我住的一個星期之內，有陌生人自己用密碼開大門進到屋內，很惡質！！！！

出租代理人很惡質，有事情溝通，英文不會說也聽不懂，中文也不會也聽不懂，中途還要等她去找會說英文的人來翻譯，如果當下無法直接溝通，處理事情，那就不要出租給外國客人。
出租代理人態度很惡劣，旅客忘了貴重物品筆記型電腦，也不會提醒旅客帶回去，他們的處理手段是「霸佔下來」，不會跟你說一句。
旅客返回原住處取回筆電，被出租代理人告上警察局，理由是「闖入民宅」，結果是警察把筆電拿給我本人。
他們有可能是把別人長期不居住的屋子，自行佔領下來，偽裝成房東，出租給不知情的外國旅客。
住到這間房子的人，要小心。
價錢比飯店貴，但是房子裡的物品都是過期品，而且「房子裡面的物品有可能是其他旅客不小心留下來的，都是有爭議性質的物品，千萬不要使用」。誠心建議還是去住飯店，比較好。
