City Hotel Dinslaken

Alles teilweise alt und defekt. Bad war eine Zumutung und gefährlich. Lampenröhren über bett schon länger defekt. Betten keine Auflage über Matratze und Bezüge fleckig. Gardinen Löcher und ewig nich gewaschen so schwarz.

Im Zimmer stank es. Unter anderem nach kaltem Rauch. Das Internet ging nicht. Das TV Gerät ging nicht. Das Zimmer war dreckig. Sehr hellhörig.

Wir haben sofort wieder ausgecheckt. Es war nicht sauber, die Duschabtrennung war komplett verschimmelt, der Duschkopf war nicht an der Wand fixierbar, es kam kaum Wasser raus, der Rauchmelder lag ohne Batterie auf dem Schrank, die Handtücher rochen stark nach Zigarettenrauch. Die Staubschicht unter dem Bett ist zentimeterhoch. Ekelhaft, abartig.

Obendrein natürlich kein Verständnis, keine Rückzahlung, keine Kulanz.

Fahrt bloß woanders hin. Oder legt euch am Bahnhof auf ne Bank.

Es una pensión a la que le hace falta renovación . El restaurante no está abierto

Das Hotel ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Im Zimmer war das Fenster defekt und ließ sich nicht schließen, die Ausstattung war spartanisch und die Dusche sehr alt. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, das WLAN auch nicht und einige Steckdosen waren so beschädigt, dass man sie nicht mehr sicher nutzen konnte.

Wi-fi wasn't working. Also there is no wifi password in the room, when somehow I maged to get a password wifi didn't work. I tried phone and also laptop. Nowdays it's really important to have a good wifi connection.

schmutzig,vergammelt,kein Welan,kein Fernseher,verschimmelte Räume,defektes Bad,null Service, Bilder im Internet sind fake,so was wird von Booking com noch unterstützt,es ist einfach nur eine Schande

The hotel room did not resemble the pictures. It was freezing cold when we arrived because the window was open and the heaters were turned off. The heater in the bathroom did not work properly.

All the bedding and towels seemed very old and worn. They stained and seemed dirty. There was no information about Wi-Fi or contact details in case we needed anything. The frame for the light above the bed had been torn halfway out of the wall. I was a little nervous that it would fall on me during the night.

The staff were not particularly welcoming and were actually a little rude. My brother asked for a bread knife when we were down for breakfast on the first day, and the hostess laughed at him and pointed to a tray of ordinary table knives. The cutlery and glasses were dirty, and the breakfast was incredibly boring. I didn't eat anything. No one checked in with us to see if everything was okay, and the lobby was mostly empty. Everything seemed generally dirty and very worn.

W łóżku były pluskwy. Hotel do dziś (a minęły już ponad 2 tygodnie) nie ustosunkował się do zażalenia.

Ontbijt .Wij hadden maar 1 handdoek geen bekertje in de badkamer .Moesten 3 gordijnen hangen waren er maar 2 en ook nog stuk .Die hoofd kussens sloeg ook nergens op zat helemaal geen vulling in.
