Pros:

I like that the owner was so friendly and accommodating. We had some requests and they were easily addressed and granted. The parking fee was also paid half by the owner which is a good deal for us since we stayed for almost a week. The unit has air freshener, soap, dishwashing liquid and room was air-conditioned and with heater in the bathroom.

There are cooking wares available, too. Although we were not able to use them since we don't want our clothes to smell like food when cooking, but it's a good thing that it's still available in case needed. The owner also allowed us to bring anything we needed for our stay, so we brought our extra bed and air purifier.😊

The place is close to almost everything, SM Calamba, Bus Terminals, Fast food chains, convenience store, and a lot more so it was really convenient for us to buy what we need, especially cooked food.

Most of all, it was also near our event's location which is the Calamba Tent, and in case we need to commute, a trycle ride is also available. This place is highly recommended.😊😊😊

Cons:

A bit dusty since the unit was rarely used, but it was easy to clean..and cleaning tools were readily available...Bedsheets and trash bins could also be improved.
