Pros:

- Lage > alles in Fussläufiger Distanz
- Pool grossartig, mit Pooltüchern und mit Poolkarte/Roomservice Menu, wenn man nach einem langen Tag nicht mehr raus möchte
- Rezeption hilfsbereit und hat ein wirklich ruhiges Zimmer zum Pool reserviert mit Upgrade
- Frühstück gut und wenn man früh abreisen muss, bekommt man ein Lunchpaket

Schöner Aufenthalt - gerne wieder
Pros:

Der Pool ist eine willkommene Abkühlung, sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich. Die Lage an der Nekropole und nah zum Registan ist ausgezeichnet.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Khan Hotel Samarkand. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was well-maintained, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt fresh and cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing stay. After a busy day exploring Samarkand, it was the perfect place to return to and unwind. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Cons:

My only significant concern was with the bar service. The prices I was charged for beer and wine did not match the prices listed on the menu. The server charged me a higher amount (Double the price) and requested payment in cash. During my travels in Uzbekistan, staff at another hotel informed me that alcohol purchases must be charged to a card rather than paid for in cash, which made this situation feel unusual.

As a visitor, I was left with the impression that I was overcharged and that the money may have been pocketed rather than processed through the hotel. I would encourage management to ensure that menu prices are honored and that payment procedures are clearly communicated to guests.

Exceptionnel !
Pros:

L'emplacement est exceptionnel ! En face du Shah i Zinda . Le marché à 10 min a pied et 15min pour le Registan.
L'hôtel est beau propre avec de grandes chambres.
Le petit déjeuner est tres bon.
L'accueil est extraordinaire, la Directrice Elvira est top ! Elle m'a aidé pour ma reservation de train et mes différents déplacements

Отель в отличном месте. Шаговая доступность от основных достопримечательностей. Парковка перед окнами. Хороший садик внутри, бассейн, столики и топчаны, качели. Есть халаты и тапочки в номере. Персонал очень приветливый и готовый помочь.

Cons:

Завтрак очень слабый. Добавьте хотя бы кофемашину. Я понимаю, что выгодно продавать кофе в баре, но ведь его не один раз в день пьют.
Неудобные высокие и жёсткие подушки. В туалете очень пахло канализацией. В люксе во втором туалете не было даже мыла для рук.
