Good location, nice staff a bit expensive

Our two rooms were located on two different floors which made it difficult with kids.. a bit expensive for a small hotel

Место отличное, но есть над чем работать в в самом отеле
Pros:

Отель в отличном месте. Шаговая доступность от основных достопримечательностей. Парковка перед окнами. Хороший садик внутри, бассейн, столики и топчаны, качели. Есть халаты и тапочки в номере. Персонал очень приветливый и готовый помочь.

Cons:

Завтрак очень слабый. Добавьте хотя бы кофемашину. Я понимаю, что выгодно продавать кофе в баре, но ведь его не один раз в день пьют.
Неудобные высокие и жёсткие подушки. В туалете очень пахло канализацией. В люксе во втором туалете не было даже мыла для рук.

Pros:

The hotel’s location is superb. It’s right across the street from Shah-i-Zinda. You can reach the attraction just by walking out the door in the morning, allowing you to enjoy the scenic area exclusively before the large crowds of tourists arrive. The breakfast is also quite good, providing both Western and local choices. It was a very comfortable stay.

В целом все хорошо, но дорого.
Pros:

Отель чистый, просторный, место расположения удобное. Завтрах хороший.

Cons:

В ванной слабый напор воды, мыла было мало. Очень маленький и неудобный холодильник, почти не охлаждает.

Очень хороший отель,чистый ,большой.Постельное белье приятно хрустит.Отличные завтраки.Близко ко всем достопримечательностям.Персонал невероятный ,особенно управляющая девушка. Во всем помогла,позаботилась.Чувствуется ,что действительно волнуются о гостях.Большое вам спасибо 🙏🏻

Cons:

Не было горячей воды первый день и не работала батарея,но персонал все оперативно исправил.

Amazing site, right opposite Shah-i-Zinda
Pros:

Amazing site, right opposite Shah-i-Zinda (just cross the street and you are there, we even visited the mausoleum at late night time). It's a 2-store building around the yard with swimming pool. On the first floors you will find restaurant and even a small bar. To get from the hotel to the main touristic sites you will spend 10-20 minutes, so we were glad that we stayed in this particular hotel. Many thanks for the very polite personal of this hotel! We'll definitely recommend this place to all our friends!

Cons:

In the morning there wasn't hot water in our room, just a warm one.

I would highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

Really helpful and nice stuff, especially the hostess Elvira.
Amazing location - Shah-I-Zinda just across the street, walking distance to all other main Samarkand attractions
Very clean hotel and the rooms. Bar and restaurant in house.

Pros:

Удачное расположение, современный дизайн с национальными мотивами.

Cons:

Не было горячей воды, пришлось просить, чтобы включили.
Салфеток нет, одноразовых комплектов нет (зубная щётка, паста и прочее).
Полотенца добавили только на 3 день, до этого было два больших на двоих.
Завтрак просто 3 из 10, так нельзя...
Всё нужно просить - слабо, очень слабо, к сожалению.

Direkt gegen über Ibin Abbas Grabstätte, tolle Aussicht
Pros:

Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Aussicht und die hilfe von Dostan muss ich wirklich sagen. Er war sehr engagiert und hat uns bei den Zug Tickets geholfen.

Cons:

Am Eingang zu viel Alkohol. In der Baar, dann noch rechts direkt am Eingang. Muss nicht sein.
Lässt das Alkohol in der Baar. Man muss dies nicht so repräsentieren.
