Pros:

I visited in April 2025. They have and provided the best of amenities.
The owner is a polyglot - him and his family are very warm and helpful. I had a lovely and memorable stay here!

I was only there for a quick stay but it was totally fine. 20 minute walk to the mosque, 30 minute walk to Registan. On a quiet side street.

Great stay, would stay here again!
Pros:

We spent two nights at this hotel, which proved to be a great decision. The rooms are modern and light, having been recently renovated. The breakfast was plentiful, the staff efficient. On the day we were leaving, there was a marathon in Samarkand and it was difficult to get a Yandex taxi, with many roads closed off, so the receptionist arranged transport for us and prepared packed breakfast. Would stay here again!!
