All, WiFi is not even working though I have requested multiple times to check. Host is not very helpful

I’ve been here for over an hour and still haven't received my room number. I tried contacting the host but got no response, and the front desk didn't pick up the phone either. It wasn't until 5 minutes after I left and checked into another hotel that I finally got my room number. Since this place was more expensive, I still chose to come back and stay, but once I checked in: first, basic toiletries like toothbrushes weren't provided; second, there were no towels; and third, the Wi-Fi password never worked. After complaining multiple times, customer service finally sent a link to a website that required registration just to get the password. The signal in this building is terrible, so trying to register and get the password was basically impossible. Paying this much for a room that doesn't even provide basic toiletries and has such a complicated process just to get Wi-Fi is honestly not recommended at all. I can say the experience was absolutely, incredibly awful!

Something needs to be done to address the odor coming from the kitchen sink and the toilet drainage system. At times, an unpleasant smell comes out.

The room layout is poor and could be a lot better.

The managing agent GOTOPHI almost completely ignore all attempts at engagement on any channel to address the many issues. The unit was filthy - we had to deep clean it ourselves on arrival. No cleaning during the month stay. No WiFi. No cell signal on Globe or Smart. Lights and toilet seat were broken. These are just the highlights. GOTOPHI management agents just refuse to do their job and apparently this is a common complaint.

We did get the aircon cleaned which was essential as it was causing us breathing difficulties. Kudos to the maintenance guy who, once we met, tried his best in a bad situation.

We did get offered to move to an alternate unit but, although slightly bigger, it had the same issues and worse view.

The unit is next to the trash room so cockroaches are plentiful but manageable. Cockroaches are normal in the Century estate.

Nachdem ich ein Apartment mit Balkon und ansprechender Ausstattung und schön dekoriert gebucht hatte, bekam ich ein paar Tage vor dem Checkin eine Mail, dass mein Apartment gewechselt hätte und ich jetzt ein Apartment im höheren Stockwerk allerdings ohne Balkon erhalten würde. Das habe ich nicht akzeptiert, denn das nun zur Verfügung gestellt, Apartment war in keiner Weise das welche sich gebucht habe. Es roch schlecht. Die Ausstattung war sehr spartanisch. Küchenutensilien waren kaum vorhanden beide Bratpfanne nicht benutzbar. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter erhielt ich den Hinweis, dass ist gar kein Apartment mit Balkon gebe. Also war das Listening in Booking ein Fake Listing nach meiner Meinung betrug. Ich habe das Apartment nicht bezogen und die Buchung storniert. Bis heute habe ich leider das Geld nicht zurück erhalten.

Fraudsters booked a one bedroom large unit with balcony/terrace paid $3316.

Unit doesnt not exist told no refund and they only have dusty smaller units available!

the room they offered was small dusty/dirty and one just one plug worked in the entire unit, the furnished seen better days, aircon leak and super noisy and window broken

all for $3316!!..never again will i use booking.com bunch of crooks!
