Hotel molto pulito, e staff super accogliente..
Pros:

Siamo arrivati in questa bella struttura per andare a Mirabilandia per festeggiare il 12° compleanno di mio figlio e devo dire che sono rimasto molto sorpreso ed è stato molto bello soggiornarci, la Famiglia modenesi e davvero molto gentile e simpatica ed accogliente,molto gentili nell'indirizzarti nei posti giusti dove passare una serata a cena fuori.
Stanza molto accogliente e pulitissima,dotata di tutti i comfort, posizione a pochi passi dal mare, e a 16km da mirabilandia.
Se ci dovrei ritornare,ci ritornerei senz'altro.

Pros:

Centrum města a přesto klidná ulice. K veřejné pláži jen 400m! K obchodu cca 500, tak si vypůjčíte hotelové kolo- zdarma! Kolem se zde dostanete všude a bezpečně, protože jsou tu pro nej jízdní pruhy a řidiči obezřetní!
Byt ve 3. patře byl plně vybaven. Terasa velká i pro stolování. Venkovní sprcha jako benefit k lehátkům, když se vám zrovna nechce k moři. Klimatizace byla potřeba a fungovala bezvadně. Vybavení kuchyně dostatečné, nic nechybělo.

Cons:

Snad jen trochu více denního světla v bytě, což je daň za byt v podkroví bez střešních oken, ale v létě budete rádi za stín a chládek, nebo si prostě po přes den pohovíte na terase!

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Ottima posizione, personale gentile accogliente, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, dotato di tutti i confort necessari come da descrizione.

Cons:

Buono il servizio di biciclette a disposizione degli ospiti ma le biciclette sono messe male, il residence e stato ammodernato ma non i corridoi, assolutamente da togliere la moquette nei corridoi.
