We thougjt what we saw on the website is what we were getting.. but work was going on. No restaurants, There was no hot tub if there was a hot tub we would have enjoyed ourselves

Breakfast. Well…. There wasn’t an option for breakfast until we found some weetabix and 3 mouldy banana in the drawer 😂😂😂

Honestly, it was £35 for the night but holy moly it’s like a shitty version of faulty towers. But with a smart tv 😂

Everything it so bad we didn't stay, the room was cold and damp, the radiator didn't get warm after 15 minutes.
I ask for a refund before we left but was refused. They said I had to claim through booking.com. who said because I paid at property it was not booking responsibility.
