Disgusting disappointing and never again
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. We booked this hotel for a wedding, and turned up after a 4 hour drive with a 2 year old to be told that they had cancelled our rooms, but without notifying us! So we then had to look for another hotel last minute, with absolutely zero help from staff at Moorville. Do not stay here!

Everything. Horrendous!

Horrific stay
Pros:

The room was clean

The hotel absolutely stunk of cannabis
People banging kids screaming

Absolutely horrific

Booked in at 8.30 as I was tired from driving and ended up leaving at 22.30 the same night didn't even sleep there

The reception lady was lovely.

Cons:

Dead flys in both rooms we stayed in on the bed and in the bath. No big deal as its a busget hotel.

Awful. The worst place I have ever stayed in

The location was about the only thing that was as expected.

Cons:

Booked a room with a double bed and bunk beds. Was given room 38 and room 39 adjoining rooms which were filthy, lights did not work. I could go on but is there any point? You must know the state of the rooms. Tried to complain to the person on reception but as they were leaving as they were not prepared to work there any more I got no further.

The place is crap
Cons:

The place was crap, it was so dirty the wallpaper coming off, bed sheets had holes in it, moldy windows and bathrooms, nails in the sofa, carpet hasn't been cleaned in years, it stinks.
Complained and won't give me my money back, never go there

I would definitely go to this property again , to me it’s about the staff and how accommodating people are and this won
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you , Glynn who works the bar was very helpful and friendly . It was a nice atmosphere and even the locals are really friendly . Thanks for a great stay , we will be back .

Very tired looking.
Pros:

Clean room and bathroom. Comfy bed and pillows.

Cons:

Staining on carpet in room. Musty odour in main entrance and reception. Understand that there are renovations being carried out , so hopefully they will sort things out. On the whole looking very tired in all areas.

A gem of planning to use as a base for Alton Towers.
Pros:

Great staff. Convenient location. Good parking. Nice breakfast. Good price compared to big chain hotels nearby.

Cons:

Tv in room had no remote.
Room adequate. Hotel being renovated.
