Rooms were packed with poor ventilation.

Road was very narrow at the location. No time available to unload the luggage from the Car.¹

Staff is very polite. They dropped us at the Bus location. Property location is good. All main sightseeing is nearby. Restaurant Food is also very cheap and delicious

highly unprofessional people. they can't address basic need to customers like location, calls, guidance to reach hotel. Still, they make calls to pay.
The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful, from the reception to the restaurant staff. A particular praise to Prerna, who on the day of arrival offered me an upgrade to a room with balcony as she thought I would definitely enjoy it better !
