Hotel was nice and clean and room and nice.

Cons:

The hotel says they are pet friendly which was our reason for booking the room. But upon arrival the stated that they did not want to accept our cat into the hotel. Eventually after speaking to hotel staff they did accept it. After 4 days of staying there we tried to extend our stay and the hotel staff said there was no rooms available but when I looked on booking they clearly had more than 10 rooms available. The hotel staff simply did not want us to have the cat in the hotel even though they state we are pet friendly. Do not stay here if you are bringing pets with you.

Снимките които ми изпратиха при резервацията, не отговаряха на действителноста. На снимките стаята беше с вана и по-голяма. В действителност нямаше вана и стаята беше по-малка.

Cons:

Spa daki danışma ya yalancıydı yada bana iyi anlatmadı. Masajı sen mi yapacam dedi ilk rezerve de evet dedi. Sonra masaj zamanı başkası yapacak dedi.

Pros:

Стаята беше чиста и приятна, леглата удобни. Банята изглеждаше скоро реновирана. Допускат се домашни любимци, като таксата за куче под 10 кг. е 15€ за нощувка. Паркинга се заплаща допълнително - 10€ на ден. Закуската беше много добра, достатъчен избор, допълваха се намалящите ястия. Служителите бяха гостоприемни и усмихнати.
