Pros:

The hotel is very well located, close to both the train station and the main street, which makes it easily accessible by public transport and taxi. This was actually one of the main reasons we chose it. We also appreciated the self check-in/check-out option with a code, as we had a very early flight and needed to leave the hotel at 2 AM.
The staff were friendly and helpful, they even allowed us an early check-in and assisted us with the entry code. The hotel itself is modern and nicely designed, with a great lobby area where guests can enjoy coffee or wine, and even play board games, which we found very nice given the bad weather during our stay.

Cons:

However, our overall experience was significantly affected by one major issue. At around 10 PM, what seemed to be an organized party started in the lobby, with very loud music. Since the bathroom is located at the end of the hallway past the rooms, there was constant noise from other guests going back and forth throughout the night. We expected basic quiet hours, especially after 11 PM, but the party continued until around 1 AM. Even when we left the hotel at 1:30 AM, there was no one in the lobby anymore, yet the music was still playing loudly.
In addition, the entire area smelled of cigarettes and alcohol, and the lobby itself was left quite messy, with glasses and bottles still on the tables, which made the overall impression even worse.
Unfortunately, we were unable to sleep at all. What made the situation more frustrating is that we were not informed in advance that such an event would take place. If the hotel organizes gatherings like this, we strongly believe guests should be notified beforehand, as it directly affects comfort and rest. Most of the people in the hotel seemed to be part of the event, which made the situation even more challenging for us.

Pros:

Единственное, что понравилось, это девушка, которая была на ресепшен. Очень приветливая, пыталась помочь по всем вопросам, которые были, она молодец!

Cons:

Мы брали отель на один день, нам нужно было отдохнуть перед перелетом. Поиск был сложный, такое ощущение, что в Кутаиси все варианты какие-то очень компромиссные.

Сразу хочу сказать, что это мое субъективное мнение, но, возможно, оно будет кому-то полезно.
Фотографии передают атмосферу, место достаточно стильное, но при этом когда попадаешь, создается ощущение какого-то жуткого фильма (но это только ощущение).

Теперь, что важно:
Очень холодно и шумно
Нет тапочек (мы заказали через волт, это спасло ситуацию)
Темно
Район не очень симпатичный (у меня создалось не очень приятное впечатление о городе)

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Very nice ,cozy, well designed and comfortable place in the heart of the city. Great social place with wine bar where you can find great selection of Georgian wines.

Very cozy and pleasant stay
Pros:

Its a modern cozy hotel with all needed facilities, close to the city center and the staff is amazing!

На картинке красиво, на деле - холодно зимой
Pros:

Стильно, просторный холл, в котором можно поработать

Cons:

Нет рецепции 24/7, в номерах было очень холодно ночью, кровати поставлены так, что подушки лежат к ледяной стене из кафеля. На картинке это выглядит красиво, но на деле - это холодно и некомфортно. Завтраков нет, никакой еды вообще тоже, что неудобно, если приезжать поздно вечером, как это было у нас.
