Cool modern industrial design. Very clean. Located a bit outside the old town but with comfortable walking without slope.

Cons:

Reception is not open 24/7 and after hours, check-in and room access work via code or app.

Cons:

Очень темно. Свет очень тусклый. Заселялись после 20:00. Неудобно что нет персонала и нужно заходить по заранее высланным ключам.

The space is beautiful and well designed. Room was quite unique.

Cons:

No daily cleaning, no towel change during a 3 night stay.
Other rude guests arriving late at night and waking us up (2/3 nights), talking and laughing on the corridor.
Room should have a blackout to block the light.
