நான் 2 ந்தேதி காலை 9 மணிக்கு NON A/C ROOM ஆஃபர் என்று விளம்பரம் செய்ததால் தங்கள் லாட்ஜில் புக் செய்து விட்டு சர்ச்க்கு சென்று இரவு வந்தேன் ரூம்ல ஹிட்டர் வேலை செய்யவில்லை,,தனியாக சூடு தண்ணி வேண்டும் என்று காலையில் குளித்து கிளம்பி பலமுறை கால் பன்னி கேட்டும் சுடுதண்ணீர் தரவில்லை சரியான பதிலும் இல்லை,நைட் ஷிப்ட் மேனேஜரிடம் எதை கேட்டாலும் பகல் மேனேஜரிடம் கேட்க வேண்டியது தானே என்றும் offer ல் புக் செய்தால் சுடுதண்ணீர் தரமுடியாது,A/C room க்கு மாற்றி தாருங்கள் என்றால் இரண்டு மடங்கு பணம் கேட்டார்கள், விளம்பரத்தை பாத்து புக் செய்து பகல் மேனேஜரும் இரவு மேனேஜரும் என் வயது சூழ்நிலை புரிந்து கொள்ளாமல் மிகுந்த மன உளைச்சலுக்கு ஆளாகிவிட்டார்கள்,,தங்கள் விளம்பரத்தை பாத்து தங்க வரும் வாடிக்கையாளர்களை நல்ல முறையில் கவனிக்குமாறு மேனேஜர்களுக்கு எடுத்து சொல்ல வேண்டும் என நிர்வாகத்திடம் கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன்,,

It was not painted well, lightings were poor,TV not working,no welcome kit. booking.com number wrong
Pros:

location was in the city centre could reach our destinations quickly. Don't know how and who gave this much positive commends. Please pay visit from booking.com and check. Very bad experience.

Facilities do not match the description. Not Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Location is good as you find hotels and the temple nearby.
There is instant gieser so you get good hot water for bath

Cons:

The bedsheets and bathroom were not that clean.
There is only 1 plug point in a 4 people room.
The building is very old and needs renovation.
No shared kitchen as mentioned in the description.
No kettle or cutlery provided in the hotel room.
The TV doesnt have youtube.
No toiletries was privised. They provided just 2 towels for 4 people and they were also not clean.
