Excellent, we’ll be back!
Pros:

Very helpful reception staff, lift for accessibility and felt safe and secure. Good value for money. Beds exceptionally comfy! Daily clean, re-stocked the milk etc

great location, neat and tidy however I would suggest boking a room that doesnt back on to the pub

A great location and comfortable stay, with a few small issues that could be improved.
Pros:

The location was great — probably the best location I’ve stayed in around Fortitude Valley, with plenty of restaurants, bars and things to do close by. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good place to stay overall.

Cons:

The pillows weren’t particularly comfortable, and the elevator was a little unreliable during our stay. We also found the frosted glass between the bathroom and sleeping area a little unusual, as you could clearly see the silhouette of someone showering from the bedroom. There was also some difficulty communicating with one staff member, which seemed to be a language barrier.

Will be back if staying in the valley.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff.
Super convenient location.
Very comfortable bed!
My room which was 214 was super quiet even on a Saturday night when the surrounding bars were pumping.

Cons:

Rooms are a little tired in places. No direct light into the room. Some indirect. Not a big issue as out most of the day.

Fantastic short stay
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and accomodating. Just off the Main Street, so close to restaurants, train station and James street less than a 10min walk. Great facilities and great value for money
