Characterful and super handy for trendy James Street
Pros:

Cool, hip place to stay that’s maybe a couple of years ahead of the rest of the ‘hood. Super convenient for the Valley (of Tears, Hangovers and Regret ha ha ha) and also for the city.

Room was comfortable - maybe lacking a little in USB-C ports that could power a laptop but the staff were kind enough to let me work in the meeting room.

Stay if you want to be somewhere other than the nameless corporate hotel - it’s got character

Cons:

I was about worried about staying next to an open decked bar on a Saturday night but needn’t have worried as the soundproofing and sleepiness overcame all that!!

great will likely come back
Pros:

Great location in the Valley, staff were super helpful and easy to deal with. Room had everything i needed for an overnight stay and had a great atmosphere with decor in the room etc

Cons:

I couldn't get the wifi (which was a appeal of the room) to connect, it didnt affect me, so i dont really mind but if it was a longer stay this might have been a pain

The only downside of the stay was not being able to vape outside the room in the courtyard.
Pros:

I arrived late due to flight delays, stuff made it easy.

Cons:

I couldn't vape in the outside courtyard. I'm not sure why. But it's inconvenient to go out of the building to have a quick vape.

The art work in the rooms

Cons:

I was not aware that the hotel was right next door to a night club. We could hear the music through the hotel walls. Couldn’t sleep so we left. Didn’t even stay the night. Total waste of money and the experience was ruined. Need to inform your guests of this. Could hear the music rattling the hotel walls.
