I have loved staying here in the past but won’t come again
Pros:

The restaurant is terrible. Food was awful. Bad selection of wine. Cocktail was sugary sweet and not the way a margarita should taste

Cons:

I’ve just had a hip replacement and they wouldn’t let me take a pizza to my room so I had to go out for food on foot at 7pm

Best value in Fortitude Valley
Pros:

Close to the train station and cute decor. Loved how it smelt when you entered - seems a strange thing to say, but it smelt so good! Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The area didn't feel very safe at night - especially as a woman on my own. Lots of building happening across the road so noise started early and as I had a room overlooking the street it was also noisy at night with party people - but that's the area so I was expecting it.

Seating in the breakfast area more suited to evening events. Not all staff aware of discounts on offer such as Sunday late checkout rate but was sorted by another staff member later.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Place is clean and fresh. Great location. Keep up the fantastic work.

Magic round, price increase. We were not attending the Footy yet we are penalized.

A pleasant stay even though a short overnight stay. Location is excellent
Pros:

Although rooms are small, the are nicely appointed with all the basics.

Lamps with phone charger build into the base was great.
