Too noisy making it impossible to sleep.
Pros:

Location in the Valley and New Farm. Funky renovation.

Cons:

Noise, noise, noise. Could not sleep due to Club noise next door until 3am. Very disappointing and would not recommend this venue.

Ideal stay in the Valley
Pros:

Great location, nice comfortable room with all the amenities needed for a night away from home for work. Great to have a coffee pod machine, very unusual for the price. The staff member who checked me in was great.

My stay was to coincide with the last game of the State of Origin Series
Pros:

The hotel location itself was very close to the local transport hubs and the room was comfortable for the most part.

Cons:

The lack of cleanliness in the room the shelving unit was covered in dust and the age of the room particulary near the bathroom door was showing it's age,

The wireless charging units for the life of me even with my magsafe phone case/cover didn't work which honestly was a minor issue.

The location and property is great.

Cons:

It’s a little difficult with using the parking station as the codes weren’t working. I would recommend having a written down code for the customer to take with them and ensure the codes work before they are provided.

Expensive and dissapointing.
Pros:

Central location to Fortitude Valley for business meeting. Good breakfast in morning.

Cons:

Tired. Smelly plumbing. Aircon not working properly, if at all. Temp set at 24 degrees and could not change it. Restaurant not open in evening, nor Rooftop bar until Wednesday. Food in restaurant when it opened was just pizza. No beer on tap. Roof top bar, very expensive. Surcharge for credit card over $15, for Amex over $35. Very expensive with a back packer feel.

Best value in Fortitude Valley
Pros:

Close to the train station and cute decor. Loved how it smelt when you entered - seems a strange thing to say, but it smelt so good! Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The area didn't feel very safe at night - especially as a woman on my own. Lots of building happening across the road so noise started early and as I had a room overlooking the street it was also noisy at night with party people - but that's the area so I was expecting it.
