COME ROVINARE UNA VACANZA

Unica nota positiva è la posizione.

Cons:

Camera molto piccola e sporchissima, lenzuola macchiate. Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti, la prima sera acqua ghiacciata, la seconda sera assenza totale di acqua. Dopo aver segnalato il problema dell’acqua alla direttrice mi è stato risposto che ci avrebbe rimborsato la notte e che noi stessi avremmo dovuto cercarci un’altro hotel alle ore 20 anziché scusarsi per il disagio. Televisione in camera non funzionante. Abbiamo chiesto di poter vedere la finale di Champion League nella sala comune, i canali non si vedevano e un ospite ha dovuto collegare il suo telefono per farla vedere a tutti. Parcheggio segnalato su questo sito come gratuito, in realtà c’è un numero limitato di posti ed essendo tutti occupati abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare in strada e pagare. Un totale disastro!

L'hotel mi sembra sia una dependance di un altro hotel dove vengono inviati gli ospiti per colazione e cena. La qualità di colazione è cena e ottima anche se bisogna spostarsi cosa che non era stato evidenziato su booking.

Rispetto all'organizzazione che hanno credo si dovrebbe pagare un po meno

Piacevole soggiorno
Pros:

Non possiamo recensire l'Hotel City perché alcuni giorni dopo la prenotazione siamo stati informati che, a causa del periodo di bassa stagione, saremmo stati spostati all'Hotel Adria, a poche decine di metri dall'altra struttura. Al nostro arrivo (all'Hotel Adria) siamo stati accolti piacevolmente alla reception. La ragazza ci ha assegnato una stanza comfort al 3° piano, risultata perfettamente pulita, calda, silenziosa, vista mare con grande balcone (peccato non poterlo sfruttare di più, per le visite turistiche già prenotate!). Letto comodissimo, sebbene fosse costituito da 2 materassi singoli accoppiati. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, nonostante noi normalmente prendiamo solo caffè e 2 biscotti frollini (purtroppo il caffè è erogato da un distributore automatico, tuttavia è discreto), abbiamo notato che vi era una vasta scelta di croissants, bevande, torte, crostate, yogurt, frutta e salati vari. Piacevole soggiorno, struttura ottima per i nostri spostamenti da turisti tra Ravenna, Classe, Ferrara e San Marino. Consigliato!

Il personale di sala ci è sembrato un po' ..."introverso". Lavorare nei giorni di festa non è piacevole, lo sappiamo tutti, ma "un giorno senza sorriso è un giorno perso".

Breve soggiorno invernale al mare, poco soddisfacente
Pros:

Poszionato a pochi passi dal mare, camera al 4° piano con vista mare, posizionata in un'ala recentemente rinnovata delll'albergo. Doccia molto spaziosa.

Cons:

Sarebbe stato gradito un bollitore, tazzine e fornitura caffè o te, regolazione complicata del termostato, per far funzionare lo scalda asciugamani elettrico abbiamo dovuto utilizzare un nostro adattatore in quanto la presa a cui avremmo dovuto collegarlo non funzionava. Personale di sala ristorante disattento, a volte maleducato. Offerta menù: buffet lasciava molto a desiderare, sembravano gli avanzi del capodanno... Menù proposto: in un hotel 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato di meglio, ma probabilmente dovuto al periodo invernale...
