Definitely worth a visit and the views are amazing
Pros:

Unique in its position and very well run, wonderful staff. Rooms beautifully renovated and very comfortable with fireplaces so probably very warm in winter.

Cons:

Not many guests staying there so dinner and breakfast were very quiet but we were well looked after. Lunchtimes are full with day visitors.

A fabulous stay in an incredible location
Pros:

We stayed in a newly renovated room which was beautiful and very comfortable. Service was excellent, even extending to lighting our fireplace and an evening turn down service complete with hot water bottles. Food was tasty and generous with a reasonable wine list. Location can’t be beaten, with views down over Sani pass.

Unforgettable experience and amazing views
Pros:

Amazing view and very cozy rooms with the fireplace

Cons:

The food was disappointing. I also did not appreciate us being booked into a room surrounded by construction. There were only two couples there the evening…A warning would have been nice.

For the amount of money we had to pay the Hotel was not good value.
Pros:

the dinner was not as expected. The staff in the kitchen could not cope with the 12 guests Even we ordered early in the afternoon because the service was so slow the previous night, the food was still late. The steak was underdone and we sent it back to be fried a bit more but they threw it away and we had to wait forever for the meat which they started fron=m scratch.

Cons:

Although the rooms look very luxurious they are not comfortable. there is no hanging space and there was only one bedside table. No easy access to the car(footpath) The fire was not made although they were told when to expect us.No contact between room and reception.The handle on the stove is broken. No glove to open the door of the fire. No shower mat. No soap. The toilet lid was broken. no place to put your clothes in bathroom. Waterglasses too small and we could not see a fire extinguiser. Obviously no one in management has ever spent a night in the hotel as a guest to experience the inconveniences.

Horrible food
Pros:

Their service was brilliant. Always happy to help,polite and professional. Their location too

Cons:

Their price is not value for money. Too expensive for accommodation provided. No hot water in the morning to shower coz the pipes were frozen (how about getting a boiler). Food served for dinner was unconsumable.

Amazing location.
Very clean and cozy accommodation.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

Fireplace sucks all the air out of the room. It definitely warms up the rooms....but, to the point you need top open windows.
Better options to regulate temperature would be great.

Séjour merveilleux!!!
Pros:

Merveilleux !!! L'emplacement, le personnel, l'accueil!! Les chalets individuels sont magnifiques. Feu de cheminée dans la chambre et bouillote dans le lit (il faisait froid ce jour là)
Petit déjeuner er repas du soir exceptionnel !
Nous avons adoré!!

Komfortabel schlafen über den Wolken
Pros:

Die Aussicht, die Lage und das Essen waren großartig. Ebenso die komfortable Hütte.

Cons:

Es hat fast länger gedauert auf das Gelände der Lodge zu kommen, als über die Grenze Lesothos. Sie machen es etwas zu spannend mit dem Zugang.
