Good hotel, amazing food
Pros:

Lovely room and great facilities. Amazing evening meal.

Cons:

Pool was very cold. Sadly some construction work going on outside the property, but I think this will be sorted by the summer

Pros:

L’établissement est neuf, les employés sont sympathiques.

Cons:

L’accès à la piscine interdit est restreint à 12h/15h alors que la piscine extérieure est très froide (16 degrés max), j’avais choisi cet établissement pour la piscine intérieure pour cette époque avec les enfants…

La localización, la comodidad de la habitación y la zona exterior de piscinas con zonas de juego.

Cons:

El spa, el agua estaba fria, el baño turco averiado, cuando llegamos nos informan que el acceso al spa con niños es de 12 a 15, justo a la hora de comer. Deberian informar de esa limitación, porque ya que vamos con niños, deberiamos saberlo antes. Pero en general ja estado bien.

Hotel totalmente reformado. Espacio exterior cuidado, habitaciones cómodas y entorno excelente. Personal muy amable y la comida muy buena y variada.

Confortable et calme
Pros:

Hôtel récent, bien décoré avec de beaux équipements, jeux, piscine, spa et bar avec spectacles. Personnel agréable, restauration correcte et variée. Chambre moderne, joliment décorée et confortable. Salle de bain pratique et douche avec super pression.
Hôtel au calme car Portocolom est 1 village de pêcheurs. Peu de vie nocturne. Bien placé pour visiter les plages du sud.

Cons:

Chambre 1 peu petite pour 1 couple et 1 enfant quand le lit du salon est déplié mais pour 2 nuits ce n’est pas embêtant.
