Een heerlijke gezinsvakantie gehad!
Pros:

Hotel lag aan een gezellig pleintje. Kamers waren schoon, bedden waren goed, badkamer was prima en schoon. Het ontbijt was ook goed en lekker, veel keuze.

Cons:

Het zwembad heeft wel onderhoud nodig. Met name de vloer om het zwembad heen. Dit is een houten vloer, die niet meer overal even goed intact is waardoor je makkelijk je voeten kan open halen. Ook zaten de zwembadtrapjes daardoor erg los en bewogen deze mee als je in/uit het zwembad ging.

Bon séjour en famille
Pros:

Le personnel très serviable surtout à l’accueil et le personnel d’entretien.
l’établissement est très propre et accueillant

Cons:

Un peu déçue que le bar principal n’était pas ouvert.
Le spa mériterait d’être surveillé à plusieurs reprise il y avait des enfants qui y jouaient en présence de leurs parents.
Petit bémol pour le bruit l’emplacement des jeux de billard etc résonne très fort, nous étions au 4 eme étage et nous entendions le bruit des palets et enfants qui crient…

A nossa estadia foi agradável, comodidades boas, quarto limpo e o hotel dentro das expectativas, pessoal simpático e acessível...recomendo.

Cons:

Não gostei da parte do horário muito restringido pelos funcionários do restaurante, faziam pressão na hora de fechar e começavam logo a levantar o buffet, sinceramente temos de comprir horários mas acontece quem está de férias numa ilha tão grande como Maiorca deveriam ponderar esse aspecto.

Durch die Crew wurde der Aufenthalt zu einem super tollen Erlebnis
Pros:

Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels, aber dieses hat unser Herz zum hüpfen gebracht. Ein ganz ganz ganz großes Lob muss einfach dem Personal ausgesprochen werden. Und damit meinen wir jeden einzelnen, aus dieser tollen Crew❤️wir freuen uns jetzt schon wie Bolle aufs nächste Mal❤️

Overall nice
Pros:

The food was great, both breakfast and dinner. Amazing variety and very yummy, especially the pre made salads were fantastic.
The gym/spa was an amazing part of the stay, it had enough equipment to be useful.
The cleaning service was great, they made sure to clean during the afternoon if we were in the room during the morning cleaning time.
The staff was overall very friendly, although some really didn't understand much English which made some conversations a bit difficult.

Cons:

Some days during breakfast all the bigger tables were occupied inside thus we had to eat outside without proper shade.
Not sure about other rooms, but ours had a glass door to the bathroom which didn't do much to conceal any of the noises.

(Also just as a note, since the hotel is very family and kids friendly, most of the time the dinning hall is loud with crying and kids running around, not really looking who is infront or behind. Just a thing to consider)
