Уютные апартаменты в замечательном доме

Собственный бассейн, большой балкон, отлично оборудованная кухня, все новое и идеально чистое!

A Week Long Stay at Ilica Beach
Pros:

We’ve been traveling around Europe for the last four months, and this is our 26th apartment during that time. We’ve developed a good sense of what makes an apartment great — and what doesn’t.

This one is in a good location, and its price is reasonable compared with the expensive hotels nearby. It’s close to the bus stop and a supermarket, and it’s not far from the beach and the Ilica town area — all walkable.

Our apartment was on the first floor overlooking the pool. It was very spacious, with two bedrooms and a nice outlook from the balcony. It was never quite warm enough for us to swim in early October, but the pool was clean.

The bed was very comfortable, and the washing machine and kitchen were useful.

It had good seating and a kitchen table to eat at. The apartment would be a great size for a family.

Cons:

We think the apartment complex was about to close for the season, which might explain the following issues. We were one of only two occupied units — all the others appeared empty.

The person we met when we first arrived had no people skills. He might have been the owner or the manager — hard to tell, as he hardly spoke. We don’t think it was a language barrier issue. He didn’t welcome us or introduce himself until we asked his name — and that was after we’d already checked in.

The apartment listing says it’s serviced daily. It was not. Our bins were only emptied after we messaged to ask, and the apartment was never swept or cleaned during our week-long stay. We received new towels the second time we put our bins outside our apartment door to be emptied.

Our kitchen had no hot water. The manager came to check it and said he would return the next day to fix it — but he never did, so we had to boil water to wash dishes.

The solar-heated water for the shower and bathroom had to be run for at least 5–10 minutes before it came through hot. Some mornings it never got very warm at all.

The Wi-Fi was sometimes very slow. We could stream TV shows in the evening, but during the day it often struggled to load even basic websites — frustrating when trying to plan our upcoming travel.

La relación calidad precio en este apartamento correcto y espacioso

Cons:

Quizás faltan detalles que lo convertirían en algo mejor de lo que es , mesa en la terraza , cojines no cochambrosos y alguna pinza para la ropa etc

Близко до разных пляжей, магазина, вокруг много кафе на различный кошелек. Тихое место.

Cons:

Хорошо бы обновить посуду. Добавить чашек на 4 человек.
